The Pizza is good (not super, go to Ciro in Bergerstrasse if you want a super Pizza) but the staff is super unfriendly, so I can only agree to what James said in his review. A colleague is vegan and all he wants is the Rucola, Tomato, Mushroom (no28) without Mozarella. First time he ordered, they made the Pizza as to his order but the waitress told him she would recommend the Bruschetta style Pizza - no28 without Mozarella would not taste good 🤔This was only a bit odd, telling him that his Pizza they just put in front of him would not taste good 😁 Today we went there again and for curiosity I decided to have a vegan day and ordered no28 without Mozarella. After long waiting time and not too friendly service I received my Bruschetta style Pizza 😳 I asked / stated in a friendly manner that I actually ordernd no28 without Mozarella. The sharp answer was that this is what I got. I said that it's ok, I will eat it, but I would have preferred the Pizza I ordered which is different from what I got. The answer got now really sharp telling me that if I order no28 without Mozarella, this is what I will get 😱 I simply answered that then I would not visit again anymore. So my recommendation is to either not go there or to order a 28 without...

I have been there couple of times with colleagues for business lunch. The quality of the food is ok, if you do not want any extras. As a vegan I ordered a pizza without cheese a couple of times. The staff very rudely told me that this does not taste well ( I still wonder how they know what I like best) and started to serve a different pizza without asking. I also had lively discussions with the unfriendly waiter about the definition of vegan, pointless to mention she did not have a clue... The last time I went there with two colleagues was quite embarrassing for them. We were told to wait to be seated only to be ignored for a long time. Service took ages to start, even for the drinks The vegan pizza was again unasked replaced by a different version. The complaint was ignored and we were told that this was all we would get. From now on the wanted pizza without cheese would not be served any more, as this was obviously a non tasty and disgusting version of their holy pizza. The ordered pizza bread contained less pieces than stated on the menue The other pizza had a thick black hair baked into it ( I took a picture of it, just in case....)

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, those who want to go here better think twice because the staff is very rude and the attitude leaves much to be desired, the woman who served us once mixed up our order, we ordered a drink and brought something completely different, we ordered 4 portions of pasta, after about an hour she only brought 3 portions, after which I asked her where the 4th portion was, she said that I did not order it, about the food I can say that it still leaves much to be desired, the carbonara pasta was very bad. In the end, instead of having a nice evening with my family, we left there angry and...
