Pizzeria Cassavia Frankfurt am Main — Restaurant in Frankfurt

We ordered a Pizza Vegetaria through lieferando for 22.20 Euros. Quite frankly it wasn't just the worst pizza I've ever had, but hard to justify as pizza at all. The crust was thin to the point where you could practically roll it together. Starting price at around 15 euros, added 6 euros worth of options and finally the 1 euro delivery fee. It felt like they just made the smallest base possible and dropped vegetables onto it afterwards, that too in excess. I wonder if they've ever tasted their own Pizza, as the little cheese which was present at all had water seeping out of the edges. I won't go further with the description--hopefully you get the idea that it's not an experience you'd wanna have. Surprisingly we were able to wash it down, however I would have much preferred a simpler home cooked option over the "fancy" restaurant delivery. Going back to ordering from our primary choice, Okriftel Grill & Pizzahaus. Two stars, because giving them the benefit of the doubt assuming the in house experience would be better. The pictures look nice, as well as other reviews by people who have presumably been on the premises of the restaurant itself. Still, it's not nice to rip off delivery customers like that with horribly subpar...

Okay...I am writing a review in English hoping that some one who has ended up at the Post Hotel in Sindlinger will benefit! We were happy to find a hotel in the midst of not many hotel rooms available when I needed to interrupt my flight plan and stay near the FRA airport. We went through all the restaurant reviews searching for a place to eat....the hotel has a good German menu but we were searching for something different! And did we find it. On their web site is the regular menu....but when we went for dinner, I didn't see one pizza served.....it was all dishes from a daily menu board. OMG....the food is incredible! Amazing Italian dishes...as the wonderful man who served us said "real Italian...no tomato sauce here" This is some of the best food outside of Italy I have ever had. I would come back to the Post Hotel just to have dinner at Cassavia. Entertaining...settle in for the evening.....and make reservations. I loved the local ambiance. Obviously the local people also know a good thing and support...

It was our last meal with friends. I had the calzone, it was ok. My husband had the seafood risotto flavor was good. My older daughter had a Hawaiian pizza which she liked. The pepperoni pizza was a little too spicy for my younger daughter. Service was good got the order quickly and made a little...
