Burger King — Restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

Started drivin at 23h from Barcelona on Friday n visited this place on Sunday at 2am. Got no Cash at all or ATM card to pay... Only got my Mobile Bankin App to pay but unfortunately they don't have any option for me to Pay for my Food through my Mobile Bankin app. Still they understand my situation n the boss man n all the fellow workers workin there last nite decided n gave me 10-15€'s worth of Food for Free... I asked them many times to give me bank account details so that I can transfer into their a/c but they refused to do that. They just don't want me to pay for my food .... Hatts off to all the people workin there last nite, you all are awesome human beings, really appreciated n will forever remember this. Please, keep up the good work. If the Higher ups from Burger King are readin this then please give all the workers who were workin there last nite a Raise in Salary or Bonus bcoz they deserve it... N please keep up the good...

I ordered 2 menu, 2 burgers and cheese nuggets. I was given 1 menu, 2 burgers and cheese nuggets. When I said I ordered 2 menus I was told I would have to order again, but for the first order I had to wait 20 minutes, so this solution wasn’t an option and so I left. Last time I was at this Burger King I ordered 3 menus, 3 sandwiches and 20 cheese nuggets and got 6 cheese nuggets, 2 sandwiches and 3 menus.

I understand there are many people in line waiting for orders but this kind of service is rubbish!!

As vegetarians, our visits to BK were very limited depending on the availability of the veggie burger. Several times we waited in the queue to find out eventually that they are out of it! The best thing about this BK is the different drinks they offer and the refills. They have several flavors and mixes. The only suggestion is to introduce ordering screens like McDonalds. It can make the ordering process much faster and smoother. And maybe introduce more vegetarian options (other than one burger...
