Super friendly to german and unbelievably unfriendly to chinese. I cannot figure the reason out. We paid to the waitress at our table. She was super impatient and rude. We said thank you but received no response from her. The lady owner walked pass by our table few times with strange eye gaze. She had small talk with many other german customers but gave us a cold still face and unfriendly gaze. Like we are not welcomed here.

I thought it was an individual case. But we visited your restaurant for few times. And we have concluded that we are not welcome here. We are not the only victims, I have seen other chinese left the similar FAIR feedback like I do.

We spontaneously went to this place on New Years Even and even though we didn't have a reservation, the staff graciously accommodated us in their fully packed restaurant. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our dining experience and checked on us frequently.

Despite the full house, the kitchen staff managed to constantly refill the buffet and the food was always hot and fresh. The wait time was at times a tad longer than usual, but given how busy they were, it was not a big deal at all.

Ich schwanke zwischen 3 und 4 Sternen. Aber ich würde wieder kommen, deshalb 4.

Das Essen hat uns geschmeckt. Es ist sehr cool dass man sich Gerichte am Buffet selbst zusammen stellen kann, welche dann frisch zubereitet werden, also das hat fantastisch geschmeckt. Jedoch können wir nur dabei vom Fleisch nur Hähnchen sehr empfehlen, Rind war etwas zäh. Fisch haben wir beide nicht gegessen, aber ich kann sagen es gibt auch hier eine gute Auswahl. Mit dem restlichen herzhaften Buffet waren wir auch zufrieden, lediglich die Ente hat wirklich nicht geschmeckt, die war auch sehr zäh. Zum Nachtisch kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich keinen gegessen habe. Aber es gibt natürlich klassisch die fritierten Bananen und Äpfel, frisches Obst und Eis. Das finde ich ausreichend.

Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Asiatische Bedienungen wirken oft eher ruhig und schüchtern und reden nicht so viel, ich vermute dass dies bei uns oft als unfreundlich rüberkommt, weshalb sie in anderen Rezensionen oft so bezeichnet wird. Also das kann ich nicht bestätigen.

Was mich noch gestört hat sind teilweise die Beschilderung der Speißen, die schon echt eklig aussehen, die würde ich dringend erneuern und bei jeder Kleinigkeit die sie nicht mehr neu erscheinen lässt, würde ich dies tun. Und auch die Toiletten haben mich gestört, ich habe nur Händegewaschen. Aber schon im Gang roch es nach Toilette. Der Boden klebte und es sah einfach nicht besonders sauber aus. Was ich vom Essensraum nicht sagen kann, da war alles Tip-top sauber, sogar Sojasoßenflasche usw. super!
