Despite hearing many good things about Weissbrau Huber, my recent experience there was far from pleasant. Firstly, the wait time was simply excessive. We spent almost an hour waiting to be served, while other customers who arrived after us were served before us with no explanation. Secondly, we were shocked by the racist behavior of the staff. We noticed that waiters provided better service to customers of similar ethnicity to theirs, while customers of other ethnicities were treated with disdain and neglect. This is unacceptable under any circumstances and reflects a lack of professionalism and respect. Furthermore, the overall attitude of the waiters was very unpleasant. They displayed a lack of respect and goodwill towards customers, and their lack of interest in providing quality service was evident throughout our restaurant experience. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Weissbrau Huber due to the excessive wait times, racist behavior, and poor attitude of the staff. It is important for these issues to be addressed and corrected so that the restaurant can provide a more pleasant and respectful experience to all...
Read moreI hardly post negative reviews, but this was necessary. I have been to this restaurant now 3 times in the last 5 years and reviewed it at least once giving them a 5 star. This was the third worst meal of my life and I've been all over the World for the last 35 years. Service was nice and attentive until they asked me how my meal was and I told him it was unedible. I asked him to bring some fries and they were cold, fast food fries at best. Whatever they served me was recommended by the waiter and it came out within 45 seconds of me ordering it. It was dry and salty. He asked me, how did you like it? I politely said that ut wasn't good at all and he took the plate away. I only had 1 bite of each, except for the sauerkrout which was good. There is so many options in Freising and this has gone downhill I think. They should have taken some of the charges off the ticket for the dry salty pork thing with the 2 balls of non edible food matter soaked in the salt brown lake water , but they didn't even bother to offer a discount. They knew that It was bad, but they just didn't care. Not...
Read moreWent for dinner before flight to ICN in München. Freising is a fabulous little town despite the rain. The restaurant claims to have a decent bavarian dish and beer so I decided to give it a try. The staffs were very kind enough to ask the language I prefer when ordering and gave me a decent seat. I ordered soup and beer as a starter. Soup was abit salty as all German soup is but had a deep flavour of mushroom which was a plus with bread. Beer was actually very refreshing which satisfied my thirst of German beer. The main menu I ordered was a large Schnitzel set sonce it was Thursday.(Every day in a week there are special day menu set which was interesting) The toilet was clean and maintained which is a hidden bonus and the surrounding environment with many decoration of casual bavarian culture gave me a delight while dining. There are more beers to try which I could not since I was full but would like to come visit again to try them all. Would recommend to those who want to experience casual bavarian restaurant with the taste...
