Fusion Garden — Restaurant in Grafenwöhr

We had reservations for 6 p.m. We arrived before reservation time and were promptly seated. Everything started going down hill. We finally received drinks after calling the waiter to the table. Orders were taken, and the before meal entrees were served about 07:30 p.m. we then waited until the first meals (3 guests) were served at about 07:45p.m. and we were still waiting (6 guests) while another table which came in about 1 hour later were being served the main course. At 08:15 p.m. I decided not to wait any longer. We have used this restaurant numerous times before spending over 200€ each time. This was my worst experience with this restaurant. A bottle of rice wine does not cover such a bad experience. I have eat at numerous restaurants and have never experienced service like this. I am truly disappointed in...

Pink, undercooked chicken in soup. When I asked for more cooked chicken, they returned the same bowl with same undercooked chicken but with less noodles, which is what I mainly eating to avoid food poisoning while pregnant. No apology, nothing offered to make up for it. Instead I’m served same bowl with less food, and then the main server avoided us rest of night even after trying to flag him down, which he looked up but ignored. They made us sit and wait for half an hour before someone showed up so we can order dessert. Then another half hour for the bill, but we ended up getting up to go over to them chit chatting, asking to pay. Unprofessional and don’t care for the safety, health, and time...

We (family of 5) have been coming to this place for about 2 years now, and we also order very often "just to go" Today was the last time I ordered from there, I had it with this place !!!! Not only did I get a Incomplete order I received the worst service possible. As I got home and noticed that my order was incomplete I called the restaurant back. The lady was super rude on the phone and very unprofessional. Her answer was"..... you can either keep complaining on the phone or come back and get your order...?....." So I hang up.
