Tante Emma Tea Room & Bistro — Restaurant in Hörnergruppe (VGem)

Just sitting in the Cafe. My wife saw the photo of the interior in the web and loved the old-fashion style, so we decided to have a coffee and cake here.

It was the first and last visit for us here.

Service: Bad. Our order was taken after quite a wait, and after it was taken from other guests that came after us. No word of apology after we commented.

We then ordered a cake and coffee. The coffe came but no cake. We waited thinking it will be soon served as well. Nothing! Finally we asked and the answer was "the cake is all gone". When we ordered, there were 3 pieces still available. Again - no apology.

VERY COZY, WARM, DELICIOUS COFFEE& CAKE! 😻 ( full video & review in @thehungrycatt) It's rare for me to find this cute coffeeshop around here, so Really love it!

the decorations r 💯. I've tried 🍰carrot cake which is 9.5/10 - it's really good! Ive always a fan of carrotcake, so it's hard to find a nice one.

🍵 earl grey tea also 9/10 is so flavorful! We love it so much till we buy it to brew at home lol

Tea Room with everything you need - fantastic cake and scones, classic tea with proper milk and extremely friendly service. And that little extra bit of souvenirs you find in any classic tea room in the Yorkshire Dales and Moores. Reading stuff on the table and music of the 50‘s in the backround. A very good...
