L'Osteria — Restaurant in Hürth

I recently dined at L’Osteria with my two daughters, and it was an unforgettable experience for all of us. From the moment we stepped inside, the welcoming atmosphere and cozy decor made us feel right at home.

The food was outstanding, with every dish prepared to perfection. We especially enjoyed the pizzas, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The menu offered a great variety, ensuring that even my daughters found something they loved.

But what truly made the evening special was our incredible waitress, Aleyna. She was fantastic with my daughters, making them feel comfortable and even offering fun recommendations for them. Her attentive, friendly service made all the difference, always checking in to ensure we were happy without being intrusive. Her knowledge of the menu and her warm demeanor really added to the experience.

as we were waiting to get inside ( after 3 hr drive) my son got ill and started to throw up. When it happened, the people working there saw it but did nothing! they even did not offer a chair or were concerned. we were totally ignored. He was shaking and could barely stand. I had to ask my other son to run to get his father who was already inside. My son then left with his father. As i felt bad about the situation i went to the bar tender to apologize. and i decided to order pizza to go. but then the manager came to me, when I was waiting for the pizzas, actually to tell me i should have cleaned it myself because they don’t have cleaning person. Saw a review from a year ago about how terrible the service is and I can confirm it hasn’t improved. Ordering food and the first drinks was fine. If you want anything else after that you have to hunt someone down. And even then there’s no guarantee the drinks will arrive. Eventually a waitress came to ask if we wanted dessert but just walked away before we had time to reply 🤣

Location extremely loud when full. Tables for 3 people not really big enough for 3 pizzas. Toilets obviously not cleaned regularly as there was toilet paper all over the floor.
