Familien mit Kindern kann und werde ich ebenfalls nur von einem Besuch abraten. Zum Eis essen gehen wir lieber zur Eisliebe im Eppendorfer Weg und zum Bäcker zu Bäckerei Junge oder für die beste Schokoladentorte zu Konditorei Eichel.

Ich war mit meiner Familie am Wochenende das erste Mal dort. Von außen sah es nett aus und wir wollten dort Eis essen. Drinnen ist eine kleine Eistheke in der Ecke aufgebaut. Die Sorten waren überschaubar. Ein, zwei waren bereits nicht mehr vorhanden und es gab sichtbare Lücken. Als wir dran waren, fragte ich nach halben Kugeln für die Kinder. Das allein war der Verkäuferin wohl schon eine zu unverschämte und Realitätsferne Frage. Sie reagierte direkt ablehnend und ich bestellte normale Kugeln (jeweils 1,50€). Während sie die Kugeln auf die Waffeln füllte, fragte ich sie, warum es keine halben Kugeln für Kinder gäbe, denn für Kinder würde eine kleine Kugel reichen. Sie meinte, es sei eine Anweisung vom Chef. Die Art, wie auf meine Frage reagiert wurde, gab mir als Kunde schon ein ablehnendes und keines Falls wertgeschätztes Gefühl. Was jedoch passierte, als ich an der darauf folgenden Kundin vorbei ging, ist unmöglich. Eine ältere Frau hinter uns hatte wohl das Gespräch belauscht und machte schon als ich mit der Verkäuferin sprach Röchelgeräusche. Wie sich rausstellte fand sie die Frage nach kleinen Kugeln für Kinder wohl ebenso unmöglich und weltfremd, wie die Verkäuferin (und wohl auch der Chef). Beim rausgehen hörte ich, wie die Verkäuferin und sie über uns und unsere unmögliche Frage lästerten. Unglaublich. So ein Verhalten der Verkäuferin! In diesem Laden wird man als Kunde schlecht gemacht, wenn man freundlich eine Frage nach halben Kugeln stellt. Anscheinend ist solch ein Umgang mit Kunden auch vom Chef toleriert oder gewünscht.
