Ellena’s Back-Bistro — Restaurant in Hamburg

Not as clean as other cafes are in the area and on top of that they are rude. If can't fulfill the order then why would you take the order? First they took the cake order that yes we will write name on it and do some basic decorations with smarties for kid but when I went to pick up the cake the lady there said, no sorry writing a name on top costs us 35€ extra and smarties are "kaput" so no decoration at all ... which is of course a ridiculous thing at the very last moment. Moreover she just argued that, no the cake is fine as it is, we won't write a name. Not going to ever visit them again. First and worst...
