ENJOY hot PIZZA Hamburg - Wandsbek — Restaurant in Hamburg

Update 12.2023: After a tiring day, ordered a family size chicken supreme hot pizza and one margarita pizza. On call the person took the order, he spoke well in English but can also speak hindi/urdu and punjabi. He was very friendly and ensured the pizzas were exactly as we like it. The service has been improved, the pizza taste was great. A great thing… do try it out. All the best team Enjoy The Pizza!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Update 08.2023: Thanks for taking in the feedback. The quality and taste has improved. However it is still a pricy option. It would be good to have some deals specially for students and families to attract the attention.

Update 01.2023:

After being reluctant, we ordered the pizza. The taste is much better, with good amount of toppings and well cooked. It was not soggy like before. Therefore now 4 stars

Good change but it is pricy. It would be great to introduce some customer deal card ☺️

Update 2021: Since my last review, the pizza tastes better but it is pricy.

Original: The pizza is now more like a bread with red sauce with mild traces of cheese and chicken. We ordered many times and with every order the quality is going down till now we decide to stop. I think i can bake...

Ich bestelle schon lange bei Enjoy, aber in Zukunft nicht mehr! Ich schreibe selten schlechte Bewertungen, aber in diesem Fall muss ich neue Kunden warnen, denn eigentlich ist der eine Stern schon zu viel.Es ist ein paar Tage her, dass ich was bestellt habe. Man sagte, dass es circa 45 Minuten dauert bis das Essen kommt. Eine Stunde nachdem ich angerufen habe, war das Essen immer noch nicht da und ich rief erneut an. Man sagte mir, dass das Essen gleich da sei. 20 Minuten später habe ich nochmal angerufen, weil immer noch keine Lieferung da war. Eigentlich wollten wir das Essen gar nicht mehr annehmen, was wir aber ein paar Minuten später doch taten. Das hätten wir nicht tun sollen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr schlecht! Die Pommes waren ungesalzen, der Spinat im Auflauf völlig matschig und der ganze Auflauf schwamm in Öl. Der Brokkoli auf dem Brokkoli Schnitzel war ebenfalls total zerkocht und auf dem Brokkoli Auflauf fehlte der Käse. Leider war das Essen nicht das Erste Mal schlecht, die Qualität hat extrem abgenommen. Ich habe mich direkt an Enjoy gewandt, erhielt aber auf meine Mail NIE eine Antwort. Wirklich schade wie man mit langjährigen...

What a disappointment. We ordered food online and thought it was taking a bit longer, however, it started getting very late ( over an hour ) we called over 50 times but they kept on declining the call or not answering …until the shop closed at 22:00…. Extremely unprofessional. Now it’s 22:13 and we are now left with no food delivered....
