The owner, a delightful and friendly individual, personally welcomed each guest, setting the tone for a genuinely pleasant dining experience. And the staff at Goldherz is a shining example of exceptional customer service. Their genuine smiles and attentive nature made us feel like an honored guest. Now, let's talk about the show's star – the food. Goldherz takes the concept of brunch to a new level with a menu that seamlessly blends Eastern and Western flavors. Queue is long, on the other hand it moves relatively fast, Nice selection of cakes Tasty coffee with good quality of frothed milk (really silky and smooth). Coffee is a bit too bitter to my taste though. I prefer fruity single origin coffee, this one tasted a bit like over roasted and bitter coffee. Even perfect milk didn’t really fix the taste :( It might be coffee in general in Germany, I think people here like darker roasts because it’s really really hard to find coffee that is not bitter in taste :( Friendly service Possible to pay by UK...

Zwei Sterne gibt es auch nur für die Frische des Essens und die Location. Angefangen hat es beim Warten auf die Bedienung. Dann als es dann endlich so weit war, wusste sie nich, ob sie überhaupt mein bestelltes Getränk auf der Karte haben. Das Essen kam dann vor unseren Getränken und eines derer war sogar falsch. Wein anstatt einer Weißweinschorle. Als wir fragten, ob es eine Weißweinschorle sei, wurde uns geantwortet: "Es sieht doch danach aus!" Der WEIN war semi gut, ich befürchte ein recht lieblos ausgewählter Riesling.

Der Salat und die Eier, die wir hatten waren gut - die Portionen für den Preis allerdings sehr klein gehalten.

Im Salat fehlten 2 von 6 Komponenten! Und zwar die teuersten - abgesehen von der Burata, wäre die weg wäre es auch wohl kein Burrata-Salat mehr. Wir machten die Kellnerin darauf aufmerksam, dass zwei Komponenten fehlen und wir das nur anmerken wollen. Sie fragte, ob es so auf der Karte stünde, welches wor bejahten. (Wie auch sonst würden wir denn davon wissen) Ihre Reaktion darauf war: "Ist doch nur Deko! Was soll ich denn jetzt machen??? Dir eine Schale mir Grantapfelkernen und Walnüssen bringen?". Beim Weggehen hat sie mit dem Kopf geschüttelt! Sie hat sich aber die Mühe gemacht bei der Chefin nachzufragen, die mir dann ein Getränk aufs Haus angeboten hat. Ich sagte, wenn der Wein aufs Haus ginge wäre ich zufrieden. Die Bedienung kam wieder und sagte, Wein ginge nicht - nur Kaffee oder eine Saftschorle . Das war nach diesem Vorfall sicher keine Option mehr für uns.

Letztendlich haben wir 12 EUR für ein Stück Käse mit etwas Gemüse und getrockneten Tomaten bezahlt.

Die Preise sind sehr hoch, da kann man guten Service erwarten! Wir gehen ganz sicher, nicht noch...
