Great Junge consistant quality bakery items and SOME great staff only SOME.

There are a few staff in this location whom are perfect examples of perfect human beings how they treat people with extreme politeness and kindness.

On the other hand there are a few colleagues that look down at customers, not only they do not great customers and they always carry the weird look on their face specially when they are dealing with customers with poor German skills this is really sad we are at 2021 in a metropolitan city working at service sector it does not seem like they have not realized the change in world around them specially for those really yiung colleagues!!!

My recommendation is to have those great behaved colleagues to train the others to create a balance in any case these colleagues are the face of JB and customers see them as representatives of your values.

Bin über all die schlechten Bewertungen echt überrascht, aber kann natürlich auch an dem vielen neuen Personal in letzter Zeit liegen.

Meine persönlichen Erfahrungen sind durchweg positiv:

Seit ich vor nunmehr 4 Jahren nach Fuhlsbüttel gezogen bin, bin ich hier Stammkundin.

Mein "besonderes" Standardgetränk (Kakao+Espresso) steht inzwischen auf der Karte, die meisten Mitarbeiter kennt man, einige müssen mich nur sehen und haben den Kaffeebecher in der Hand, ein tolles, heimeliges Gefühl :) Auf jegliche Sonderwünsche wird auch immer perfekt eingegangen, manchmal muss man eben etwas Geduld mitbringen, wenn man viele davon hat ;-)

Meine Mama kann ohne ihr Mettbrötchen von euch gar nicht mehr einkaufen fahren, und auch alles andere an Lebensmitteln ist auch durchweg zufriedenstellend.

Besonders empfehlen kann ich persönlich den Mohnkuchen am Wochenende den neuen Bagel mit Pute & Curry-Creme Wikinger mit Pute Fred Winter in der Weihnachtszeit Dinkel Plus (Brot und Brötchen, auch belegt klasse)

Außerdem sind die Spiegeleier zum Frühstück mit einem Preis unter 4€(!!!) einfach unschlagbar:)
