Villa im Park — Restaurant in Hamburg

We ordered Flammkuchen (something quick to make) at 12h30 and, after waiting for about 25 minutes, we realized that they were just starting to be made, even though no customer had ordered any food before us. When I complained, instead of apologizing the waiter said explicitly that the staff had had other things to do than to take care of customers. He added that my complaints were unacceptable. When the food did come, it turned out that he had overlooked one of the items we are ordered. Instead of admitting it, he claimed sarcastically that he was a bad waiter in order to have another customer nearby support him. Another thing: the place tricks you into believing that it is children friendly because it is in a park by a play ground and has a small play area in its premises. Erstmals enttäuscht worden. Ich war gestern abend da. Es war nicht viel los. Habe gegen 23:00 Uhr freundlich versucht am Tresen eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Der Herr im Wacken T-Shirt hat aber relativ patzig mitgeteilt dass das nicht möglich sei. Chaos und Systemabsturz. Habe gefragt ob für den Rest des Abends oder kurzfristig. Er wisse es nichts, ich solle woanders hingehen. Kein Danke, kein Bitte, kein Bitten um Verständnis. Mega schlechtgelaunt, der Herr. Meine Frau und ich sassen noch 10 Minuten an einen der Tische. Sahen wie sich eine andere Gästin ein Glas Wein holen konnte. Hä? Dann lief eine Kellnerin an uns vorbei und meine Frau fragte ob jetzt wieder alles in Ordnung sei und man bestellen könne. Die Kellnerin megapatzig dass es mir doch schon erzählt wurde. Alle fragen sie Löcher im Bauch und es geht nix und Basta. Hab ich so auch noch nicht erlebt. Systemausfall kann passieren aber der Umgang mit uns Gästen war heftig. Ich wohne um die Ecke, war sonst immer gerne da. Werde auch weiterhin gehen aber spare ab jetzt das Trinkgeld lieber für...
