Gaststätte Algarve — Restaurant in Hanover

So, it was our first time here. Let me just list the things that went wrong:

it was 6 when we got there, and they asked us if we could be done by 8 cause the table was reserved for people then. We thought, no problem, since it usually doesn't take more than about an hour. The orders ended up taking so long, we were out by 8:20 we (a party of 5) ordered, and they eventually came back twice to clarify what number on the menu we had ordered one of the entrees was served along with the main dish, when everyone else had long had theirs, and the waiter was obviously dumbfounded, implicitly suggesting that we had misordered when, in fact, they had messed up that order we had two rumpsteaks (no. 81), one was ordered as medium rare, the other without specification. Both were served randomly, as if no specification had been made, and as it turned out, I got the wrong one my sister says her salmon was full of fishbones and her vegetables tasted bitter and were unidentifiable one of the five orders (a rumpsteak too; no. 82) was served only when everyone else was finished with their meal.

Nothing was said, no compensation was offered. The place was packed, yes, but that should not be the customer's problem. The food was ok, nothing special, but I feel like I could have prepared mine just as well myself.

I don't think we'll be coming back soon, even though we live right next door. We'll eventually give it another try, but our first time, too many...

I have been waiting for my food more than 1:40 hr of waiting, the restaurant wasn't even full . We were the first ppl to enter the restaurant at 18:15 which opens at 18:00 .. we ordered fish soup which was à veggies soup with one shrimp so I don't recommend it .., I also ordered grilled fish but It was full of oils like it wa fried then grilled a bit .. the waitersse was ignoring us on purpose every time we asked in the end the food was meh coming from someone used to eat fish growing up .. Nothing special .. it was literally the slowest restaurant I went too ..It's...

The atmosphere is calm and the cleanliness is good. The food is delicious, but the price is higher than average. However, the annoying thing about this restaurant is the wait. You shouldn't come when you're hungry. We stayed in the restaurant for three hours to have a meal. We waited for an hour and a half just to...
