Viet Bistro — Restaurant in Heinsberg

Wow! What a wonderful surprise right in the heart of Heinsberg. My wife was craving Pho and I was destined to go to Aachen for quench that hunger. However, after a desperate search I found this restaurant. The place has a great atmosphere (quaint, great customer service, & relaxing design) and English speaking wait staff. Unfortunately I did get exactly what I asked for, although I ended up really enjoying it. But, for the price it is certainly worth it. We will definitely go back.

Update: So, this is like the fourth or fifth time we've gone to Viet Bistro in Heinsberg, and the experience has been a consistent Amazing! The restaurant has a quite cozy and relaxing atmosphere, the service is very friendly (they actually have great customer service, an often hard to find attribute in many restaurants in Germany), relatively quick and, the food is delicious and just the right size. Although, I'm still disappointed that I cannot find salt and pepper fried shrimp or squid like I'm used to in Asia. But, if you're in the local area and are in the mood for delicious Vietnamese cuisine or just want to try something new give them a try. I'm not a Pho lover but by wife said it's the best she's had in Europe and but the duck was "off the chain!".

Being from Seattle, WA I love pho. You can get it almost anywhere. So I was really surprised when I found this place on one of my excursions. It’s a bit different than the pho I’ve grown fond of but it really hit the spot. The noodles were wider, the chicken was grilled not pulled chicken and there was no hoisin or Sriracha sauce like you’d find in the Northwest. However it’s the best I’ve had so far in Europe. The both was good. The portion also great and the service here was spot on. Two staff members stopped by to see if I enjoyed the food. I’ll have to go back and try some of their other dishes. Wij waren gisteren naar deze restaurant door een jonge geholpen, wij vroeg aan hem met gebakken rijst en wij krijgen geen gebakken rijst.ik heb besteld 1 pils en 1 Radler . Uit vertrouwen omdat wij vaker komen uiteten geen bon kijken. Later komen thuis tog even voor de boeking wat wij allemaal uitgegeven nou 2 pils en 1 water erbij gedaan terwijl wij hebben niet besteld. 9,20euro weg en 4euro fooi gegeven. Nou als je afrekenen moet bij de vrouw en die jonge hij maakt alles fout. Het eten is heel goed daar en goed koop. Iedereen maakt fouten maar check eerst welke tafel nr de gast heeft en je doet zelf bedienen dan weetje tog wat op tafel moet betaald. ik ben gewoon opgelicht . Vertrouw niet meer , altijd checken op de bon.

Sorry ik weet het niet waar ik moet reactie antwoord geven. Zo als u ziet hij is mijn vader niet mijn vriend. Ten instantie heeft u gezegd wij hebben geen gebakken rijst en toen daarna zegt u zal ik even maken en toen zegt mijn vader nee hoeft niet zo is goed. Omdat wij weten zelf u heeft druk .
