When I was asked to review about my visit to this restaurant.
The quote from Carol Wilson(food writer) came to my mind: "Good food isn't the only ingredient of an enjoyable dining experience".
For a restaurant to be deemed good, you need to have a good menu, food and also an enjoyable experience in the front of the house. The harmony between the front house and food is what makes a restaurant great, which is something clearly this restaurant lacks.
Being a good restaurateur is to have good, polite interactions from the front room staff to their customers. However, my last visit to this restaurant made me think otherwise. The staff were very rude, impolite.
Most of the drinks(non-alcoholic) in the menu were not available.
The opening times according to the staff do not coalesce with the timings listed in google or outside the restaurant.
Worst of all, you are asked to eat fast and pay before you are finished with the food, which clearly defines the lack of good interaction with the front house.
"अतिथिदेवो भव" (Athithi Devo bhava) means guests are treated as Gods. This defines the hospitality one host should offer, when receiving one's guest. It is a cultural aspect reciprocated mainly in Indian culture. The restaurant's reference to an Indian cuisine clearly sidetracks the above saying.
In short, I would never recommend someone to visit this restaurant if you really care about having a good experience when having food. If you are just hungry and do not care about the experience then, it is worth your visit.
Google does not allow me to give 0 stars. Otherwise, I would...

The food was simply fantastic. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece of flavors, skillfully prepared with a perfect balance of spices typical of authentic North Indian cuisine. The star of the evening was definitely the tandoori chicken – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a smoky note that only a real tandoor oven can produce. The vegetarian options were also excellent, particularly the Dal Makhani, which impressed with its creamy texture and depth of spices.
When it comes to service, it has to be said that it went beyond any expectations. The staff was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to making recommendations. They made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. Her passion for Indian cuisine and culture was infectious and made our dining experience all the more enriching.
Overall, “Indian Spicy - Tandoori Restaurant and Bar” offers a perfect blend of exquisite food, outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. It is a must for anyone who wants to experience the real essence of Indian cuisine. A visit here is not just a feast for the taste buds but a journey through India's rich culinary landscape....
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the kind of treatment that they offer to a guest being an Indian Restaurant. The closing hours on the website and in the restaurants seem to be depending upon the mood of the employees, since we were told to visit them before 9:30 since they were not intending to keep the place open any longer. We were expected to place the order within 2 minutes and finish eating within 15 minutes, whereby to half the items, we received an answer saying '' IT IS NO MORE AVAILABLE OR THAT WILL TAKE TOO LONG SO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE. " We were asked to make the payment midway since the extremely inexperienced and impolite waiter intended to close the counter soon. Bizarre treatment and moderately average food. So far the most inexperienced and ridiculously disinterested staff in any place I have ever seen.
Would not recommend it further in any case if you are looking to experience any kind of Indian Hospitality!!!
Rather stay home and order a Pizza than visiting...
