While the location and the ambience are not bad and the service was fine, the food was unfortunately horrible. Caprese is a rather simple dish, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and some balsamic vinegar stuff - here it was mostly iceberg lettuce, some unripe and tasteless tomatoes (at a time of year where really good tomatoes can be found), some mozzarella, basil and balsamic, neither looked good nor tasted good. The pasta with vegetables looked like nobody really cared about it, pasta was tasteless, vegetables looked so sad, no sauce or anything. And as for the tiramisu, it was a disgrace, I am sorry! I don’t think there was any mascarpone in there, it looked and tasted like the cheap ready-whip that was already sitting around for a while, plus the red sauce (raspberry or whatever) didn’t make any sense. I don’t know if it was just the group menu that was too much to handle or if they thought they can make an easy profit with a fixed rate, knowing none of us might come again and so a lack of quality in ingredients and lack of care in preparation would kind of go unnoticed. DELICIOUS WOOD OVEN PIZZA!! There is a separate door for the tiny pizza side of this restaurant. The pizza is DELISH! The pizza maker is right across the counter from you and you can see into the wood fired oven 😃. Super fresh pizza toppings (not so much cheese, so if you like it cheesy order more). We took our pizza home and ate it, seating inside is 3 stools and a counter. I think you could eat out front at the tables on the side walk, too. Etwas spärlich beleuchtet, Kellner hatte offenbar keine richtig gute Laune, Getränke haben teilweise 15mon auf sich warten lassen, in einem Restaurant mit geschätzten 40 Sitzplätzen. Salatdressing aus der Flasche - bei einem Italiener?? Ein Essen kam komplett falsch, wurde mit missmutigem Gesicht zur Kenntnis genommen und neu gemacht, war extrem! Knoblauchlastig, wirklich mindestens 2 Zehen in einem Gericht. Die Lasagne meiner Mitesser war wohl sehr lecker wenigstens. Kann man nicht unbedingt guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, eher was anderes suchen. Kartenzahlung war ebenfalls nicht möglich, die Klos waren wirklich der HAMMER (Ironie) - jede Frau kann dir beim Klogang zuschauen, da offene Türen - Elektroheizung auf Anschlag aufgedreht und Türen auf - das die Straße geheizt wird.
