ZWØLF by Yankee&Kraut — Restaurant in Ingolstadt

We visited here Wednesday 5th January 2022, we were able to park very close by as the large car park on the edge of the centre has an area dedicated for campers. ZWØLF is a modern style craft beer bar, uncluttered, clean and minimalist. Interestingly there is room of similar dimensions downstairs, so this really is a fairly large place. In terms of location, it is reasonably central in Ingoldstadt, so for those using public transport it should be fairly easy to reach. It is the taproom for Yankee & Kraut and offers 12 taps of which about 9-10 are from their own range, I think that there was a beer or two from Wittman on our visit.

It was quiet when we arrived, however, we were here around 18:30, as the evening wore on more folk visited. I understand from Max (co-owner) who came and sat with us that this was the first night that they had opened since the Christmas and New Year holidays.

The beers were all very good to excellent, there is a clear leaning towards modern hazy styles of IPA of varying strengths but there are options for those preferring more traditional styles. Also, note that you can take beer away with you, there is a good range of cans in the fridges to the left of the bar.

Si estás en Ingolstadt y buscas un lugar auténtico para disfrutar de una buena cerveza, Zwölf es una parada obligatoria. Ubicado en pleno centro, este bar combina un ambiente moderno y relajado con una carta cervecera que sorprende incluso a los más exigentes.

He pasado por Zwölf recientemente y me bastaron un par de cervezas para saber que volveré. La selección que ofrecen no solo es variada, sino que además está cuidadosamente elegida: cervezas locales, artesanales y algunas importadas que no se encuentran fácilmente en otros bares de la ciudad. Cada una con su carácter propio, bien servida y a la temperatura perfecta.

El ambiente del local es otro punto fuerte. Tiene ese equilibrio difícil de lograr entre lo acogedor y lo animado. Se nota que los detalles están cuidados: desde la iluminación cálida hasta la música, que acompaña sin invadir. El personal es atento y conoce bien lo que ofrece, dispuesto a recomendar según tu gusto sin presionarte a consumir más de la cuenta.

En definitiva, Zwölf no es solo un bar para beber: es un sitio para disfrutar, charlar y dejarse sorprender por el sabor de una buena cerveza. Ideal para una tarde entre amigos o incluso para una pausa solitaria bien merecida. Altamente...

Tolle neue Bar in Ingolstadt! Gleich beim Reingehen wird man von der großen Theke und der mächtigen Tafel mit riesiger Bierauswahl begrüßt. Da ist vom klassischen Hellen bis zu Craftbieren mit 8%+ für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Die Max und sein Team sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn es darum geht, für seinen Geschmack das passende Bier zu finden. Die Craftbiere wechseln auch immer wieder, sodass es immer wieder was neues zu entdecken gibt.
