Das Café “Breilecker” war am Samstag auf der GLS Seite als Annahmestelle für Pakete ausgewiesen. Als ich das Paket abgeben wollte, sagte mir der Inhaber auf unfreundliche Art, dass sie keine Pakete annehmen, weil das Café für die nächsten drei Wochen auf Grund von Urlaub geschlossen ist. Welch ein Wunder hatte das Café am Montag geöffnet… Danke für nichts und by the way, wir haben so viele Kaffes bei euch gekauft, was wir jetzt mit Sicherheit nicht mehr machen werden!!! Und falls Sie sich nicht mehr daran erinnern können, als uns eine ihrer Angestellten einmal 5€ zu viel Rückgeld ausgehändigt hat, haben wir es wieder zurück gegeben. Das schöne ist, eine schlechte Nachricht spricht sich zehn Mal schneller herum als eine gute. Ich denke, dass ist dem eloquenten und Kundenorientierten Inhaber sicherlich bewusst. Danke...
