Smoking is allowed indoors which is a big surprise. When I questioned this, I was told it is technically an outside area. Well, it might be a retractable roof but the terrace is basically indoors.
When I was hoping to get a drink, the owner shouted at me “what are you looking at” when I was hoping to get their attention for drinks. Lasagne way too salty and no real flavours. No further offer of drinks throughout the meal. The owner tutted at me when I tried to get past the TV projector that appeared to take priority over seated guests. This is no way to treat guests. It was really disgusting attitude from owner, my child liked a lamp and made it shine several time, the owner came to our table and very rudely take the lamp from my child’s hand and shouted that he doesn’t like when people are playing with lamp. When we asked why he did it so rudely, he could say and we wouldn’t do any more. He said that it is his place and he will do whatever he wants. And shouted us to go out from his place. Das Essen war sehr gut (Pasta als auch Pizza). Sehr nette Bedienung. Doch leider ist die Atmosphäre ein wenig wie im Bahnhof. Der Chef redet minutenlang mit einem Gast, in dem er über die Köpfe der anderen Gäste durch das gesamte Lokal hin und her ruft, gleiche Lautstärke wenn er mit Mitarbeitern kommuniziert oder telefoniert. Das immer wieder mal klingende Telefon des Restaurants ist mit einem schrillen Ton und auf max. Lautstärke eingestellt, das Radio läuft ebenfalls viel zu laut. Beim Service musste ich leider Sterne abziehen, denn obgleich nur wenige Gäste da waren wurden die Vorspeisen vom Chef einfach bei der Küchenbestellung vergessen. Kann ja passieren, wenn man sich mehr mit einem Stammgast unterhält und nebenbei die anderen Gäste "abwickelt".
Fazit: Auch wenn man italienische Lebensart sehr mag (die schon auch lauter sein kann): Es ist im Restaurant unangenehm unruhig und laut, sodass der kulinarische Genuss schlichtweg erblasst. Leider! Denn das Essen selbst war richtig gut und diese Adresse wäre sicher ein Favorit von uns geworden...Doch dieser Restaurant- Besuch war leider...
