Café NICE — Restaurant in Königswinter

Great location across from the Rhine River with a super friendly owner who went out of her way to accommodate our breakfast request. Both the coffee and breakfast were wonderful. A definite place to visit. Update: We were just back at cafe nice and it is still our favourite cafe in town. We had a wonderful breakfast of rolls: egg: cheese: tea and coffee. Everything was fresh.and hot. The owner and her son work hard to make this place special. Oh: and the desserts r wonderful too. Thank you. ...

Nice café with a nice terrace located in a great spot. But the nicest part was the friendly lady who took the time to point out what was suitable for me and my son to eat (vegetarian, without egg), and she made us feel comfortable. We ended up with a nice cake which my son thoroughly enjoyed and so did I the coffee. I’ll make sure to stop by again next time I’m in...

Nice, wie der Name es sagt. Ein sonniger Platz, mit Aussicht auf die alte Liebe. Die eigentliche Attraktiion, die köwi für mich hat. Bad Honnef ist nebenan und Sealife war ein Witz. Na ja, sie hatten gerade eröffnet und alles war winzig und im Entstehungsprozess, heute kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Das Milchhäuschen und die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten, kann ich nur erleben, wenn ich zu Fuß gehe. Aber das ist der Charme der kleinen Orte. Da benötigte ich Einheimische, die mit das Leben hier näher brachten. Das Kloster Heisterbach mit den sozialen Einrichtungen, kann ich als Wanderer besser erleben, denn so manches Geheimnis, kann ich dem Wald nur in der Stille abgewinnen. Aber natürlich kann man oberhalb von Dollendorf, überall parken und kleine Runden zu Fuß gehen. Überall warten Überraschungen auf einen und wenn es nur ein Reiter ist. Also auf, das Siebengebirge ist so spannend und will erobert werden. Das Reich des Vergessens ist hier noch nicht angekommen. Traditionen werden eingehalten und als Neuankömmling, sollte man sich fügen. Ich kann die Kirchen und ihre soziale Arbeit bewundern, ohne diesen Glauben...
