I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I'm going to make an exception.
After a 4-hour drive, a long day at work, and another 4 hours of driving again, I was very tired and wanted to order something quickly at the McDonald's Drive-Thru at 22pm.
The woman who served me didn't understand that I wanted to redeem a code from the app and rudely asked me to go to the counter. There she scanned my code, but it turned out I was mistaken and didn't want that offer. I asked whether she could cancel it and start over, but she told me in a very rude manner that no it wasn't possible. She called her coworker to cancel the order and suddenly she turned to me and snorted while raising her hand, as if complaining about me, right in my face. I literally did nothing, god forbid I gave her the wrong code, everyone makes stupid mistakes.
I thought it was a big lack of respect that was very much out of place, and I left immediately. We all have bad days and are tired of work, specially at 22pm, but I consider I was acting normal with her and I did not deserve that treatment.

Read morePoor customer service. Our family went here and ordered food. My husband didn't want mcdonalds food so he brought his own food but never opened it. So I just ordered french fries and drink for him. My baby and I ordered happy meal and wrap meals and we were all eating. Suddenly mcdonalds crew came over and pointed my husband own food and "its not possible" lol She keeps coming over and check on our table several times to make sure my husband is eating his own food or not. Such a yuck things I have ever experienced. My husband never opened his food, just was in the bag. Food just was in the bag Geshutapo? Schtasi? Lol Real ridiculous. Read moreWaited in drive through like for 45 Minutes! When we pulled up to the window the lady didnt open it for 5 minutes. When she opened it she said "What was your Order"! She didnt say "Hi, we had a person drive away so our orders are messed up! Could you give me your order again"? It was definitely a manager who was rude because we could all hear her yelling at the other employee in front of everyone. The whole situation was unprofessional and it's not like we could drive away because we were stuck in the drive through line. 45 minutes stuck in a drive through line just to have a manager be rude to the customer for no reason.
