McDonald's — Restaurant in Karlsruhe

You have to give a star so I leave one but really what is going on in that restaurant? Cold burger, cold fries, no serviettes, no straws for the kids. Then you ask for serviettes you feel that you are disturbing and reluctantly give you one serviette per person!! All the tables were absolutely disgusting we had to clean ours before sitting using the old serviettes found on the garbage trolley!! You ask for straws they don’t have them… You show your cold fries, they answer you “yes they are cold but they just came out of the fryer”… that’s just rude I would have an ounce of understanding if it was during the rush but not even!! It was 14:30 in the afternoon! You ask for the manager he is just about as clueless as the rest of the team… Zero quality, zero interest for the customer… Those burgers are not even cheap. To spend 50€ to be treated like an idiot and eat cold horrible food… Well never again in that...

So, not only did i wait for my food an hour, but I also didn't get everything I ordered. After speaking to the employee, I had to talk with the manager because I was getting nowhere. My order number got erased from the screen and nobody couldn't find it. They say to me 'some people are waiting an hour for their food'. The problem was that they didn't have my order anymore. I could have waited there for days, and they would still not make it because it disappeared. After talking to the manager, the employee wrote down my order from my phone (it was an online order) and still didn't manage to get it right. It was missing 3x fries, one big Mac, a drink and many sauces. Even the Cold Brew Caramel Late wasn't made properly. Sadly, I didn't check my order how I was supposed to check it. I hope that the McDonalds industry realizes that they need to sensitize...

It's such a long story because I have waited almost one hour for three menus. The first inconvenience was when my order number disappeared from the screen and after asking where my order was they didn't know. My friend asked for the manager to come and after checking the recipe on my phone they wrote it on some paper and just then they started to make it. In the hurry we also didn't check very well but we missed at least 10 euros of food (Big Mac's, fries x3, big sprite, no sauce and cold brew was not made properly (total was almost 55 euros). Extremely disappointed. I prefer to give the fault to the manager/boss who didn't hire enough workers and not to the guys there clearly...
