Café Hurricane — Restaurant in Kassel

My experience with this restaurant was quite bad, unfortunately. I ordered two entrees for pickup on a Sunday and received an email confirming the order. I went to the restaurant at the designated time to collect the order, and they did not have it. I guess they rushed to prepare it in 10 minutes. Then they brought me an order in a bag that was wrong. About 5 minutes later, they brought me a different order in a bag that was half wrong and half correct. I just took it because I had been standing outside in the cold for 15 minutes. When I arrived home, I had to throw half of the food away. It was full of grease and barely edible (for me). I made a mistake to choose this restaurant for a pickup order and will avoid them in the future for anything other than drinks. We were looking for a cafe to have a coffee and cake in the afternoon and were suggested this place by google maps. Although it is called a cafe, it is really a restaurant and they have almost no options of cakes other than the deserts. The food was good, nothing amazing. The coffee was pragmatic (delivers the dose of caffeine, don't necessarily focus on the tastiness of it). The biggest problem we had was the wait. As I said, we went in the afternoon, the place was basically empty and there were more waiters than customers. Still it took a very long time for someone to come get our order, and a completely unacceptable amount of time (ca. 40 min) for us to receive our 2 coffees, 1 Apfelstrudel, and 1 Petit Gateau. Also, they don't offer Oat milk (just soja), which I find unbelievable...

We had today lunch in this restaurant. My husband had fresh food, but my dish was fully not fresh. By the taste of products it was clear it was cooked yesterday, not even in the morning. I had baked potato with chicken and mushrooms. Everything was with taste of oil, I think they cooked it second time so it was really oily and with no taste of mushrooms or chicken… exactly the same you will have if warm up not fresh food. Just hope I will be fine tomorrow because of not...
