Best burger I've ever had!

Everything about this resturant was absolutely amazing, and I have no negative feedback to provide at all! The staff was super friendly, and they spoke both german and english (which was amazing for me and my buddy which were tourists.) We accidentally left our change while waiting for our food, but later that week when we walked past the resturant, they spotted us and offered to give the change back!

The food here was probably the best i've had in a long while, everything was super fresh and homemade. Absolutely delicious meal. We ordered "das Beist" and the Chili Chese burger, both exceeded our expectations, and I would highly reccommend both of them!

All in all, this place is great if you're looking for a great atmosphere, great food, great prices, and great service!

Best burger in town for sure!

If you are looking for local and delicious burgers, search no more. Everything in this restaurant is locally sourced and the meat patties are hand made in the restaurant every morning. The menu offers many burger and snack choices and even the drink choices far surpass the norm diner options.

The food came quick, was absolutely delicious and the service was great!

Generell wenn ich etwas von Bergisch Burger bestelle fehlt irgendeine Zutat oder es gibt andere Dinge, die stören. Die verzeiht man zugegebenermaßen relativ schnell, wenn man in einen der leckeren Burger beißt. Man verzeiht es auch, wenn es die Ausnahme ist und nicht die Regel. Warum ich nur einen Stern gegeben habe liegt daran, dass ich das letzte Mal echt hangry war und einzig und alleine die gastronomische Leistung und nicht das Essen bewertet habe. Teil 1 davon habe ich oben schon grob beschrieben. Teil 2 ist, dass wir den Kram online zur Abholung bestellen und sogar ein paar Minuten früher ankamen als uns vorgegeben war. Meine Partnerin wurde am Tresen erstmal für geschlagene 7 Minuten ignoriert, nur damit man ihr dann sagt, dass man noch nicht mit der Bestellung angefangen hat und man in 15 Minuten wieder kommen sollte. Das tat sie auch. Und auch da kam sie erst einige viele Minuten später wieder raus. Zuhause haben wir dann wieder ein paar Eigenarten festgestellt. Tomaten im Caesar salad (für mich nicht schlimm, gehören aber nicht rein), keine Gurke aufm Burger. Drei Sachen bei einem Besuch. Wenn man es zeitlich nicht schafft mit der Bestellung kann man vorher anrufen. Das kriegt jede Dönerbude besser hin. Und als wäre das nicht alles, kriegt man es in dem Laden zwar zeitlich alles nicht hin, meine Bewertung wurde aber nach wenigen Minuten mit der Frage kommentiert, was mich gestört hat.
