RESTAURANT TROLLINGER — Restaurant in Leinfelden-Echterdingen

This was a very bad experience that deserves to be referred...I was in the hotel with my 15 yo daughter that is of mixed origin..so we went to the restaurant and the server approached us with a VERY INCONVENIENT..."how can I help u.???" I could just state here many interpretations for what he said...none would be good neither was his approach...and the "game" went on all evening as we had dinner. That typical polite rudness that makes us feel real bad but is so smartly used that if we complain there will always be an escape route for the bullyer...But the food itself was also bad....the bad service continued with my 15 yo daughter feeling so bad and embarassed as we were being treted so badly....so at the end the server asked if the bill was together or separate...and i told him "how can it be separate.??.??...this is my 15yo daughter how is she gonna pay???????"....and then the s...server said "i am very sorry" and felt embarrassed himself for sure and went to get the bill...once again I could come up with many interpretations...and once again...they do it so smart that there is not room to...

I would like to restate that the breakfasts here are awesome and thr breakfast service staff have always been awesome. Normally I hate breakfast in hotels but yours keeps me coming back repeatedly!!!

Dinner here was awful, I will not come here for dinner again. The food and drink were way overpriced and the service at dinner was awful.

This said their breakfast service is amazing I just would never eat here for...
