For German standards, the customer service was fine, actually better than average, but well under the standard of English speaking countries, as is to be expected. Clarification: no smiling of course in Germany, but they did the job and came to the table to check in every now and again which was nice. I went here with a friend for lunch and the food was incredibly plain, and not particularly fresh. It was nothing like authentic Asian food, more like some German version adapted to ignorant local tastebuds. I could have cooked better Asian food at home with ingredients from Aldi just following a recipe. The fact that this restaurant has 4.7 stars is a testament to how low the food standards of the people of Leipzig are, and how poorly Germans know anything about Asian food, let alone the rest of the world. If they think this is good food, they have no idea and need to get out of Germany. Kind of sad. Ich habe ein außergewöhnliches asiatisches Restaurant gesucht und bin mit dem 'FuZo' fündig geworden. Einen Tisch für zwei Personen hatte ich auf Anraten reserviert. An einem Samstag Abend sind wir gegen 19 Uhr im Restaurant sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Ein Tisch für Zwei wurde uns gegenüber der Bar und Küche zugewiesen. Was uns leider negativ aufgefallen ist war die Lautstärke. Das die Küche mit im Gastraum untergebracht war erwies sich leider als akustischen Nachteil. Dazu kam das zwei große Familien dort gefeiert haben die die Lautstärke hoch geschaukelt haben. Dafür kann aber das Restaurant nichts. Von der Hintergrund Musik haben wir leider kaum etwas mitbekommen. Aber nun zum Wichtigsten: Service und Essen. Unsere Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Cocktails waren sehr gut und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Karte ist umfangreich und lädt ein zum probieren. Leider gibt es nur fünf Sterne für die Bewertung des Essens. Eigentlich hätte die Küche viel mehr verdient! Das Essen war einfach überragend! Wer außergewöhnlich gute, asiatische und kulinarische Küche möchte ist hier genau richtig! Da passt einfach alles! 'Perfekt' wäre noch viel zu untertrieben! Eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion! Wir haben noch nie so gut fernöstliche Küche genossen! Absolut empfehlenswert! This restaurant looked quite nice whenever we passed it and finally decided to dine in here. Setup and vibe is very nice and the staff is really courteous and speaks excellent English. Menu is interesting. We ordered red curry mit Tofu and Potato Gnocchi. They were really fresh and very high quality. The taste is quite different and unique.
