Lovely place with a very pleasant atmosphere and judging from snippets of overheard conversation, well patronized by the locals it seems. Kundenservice? In diesem Restaurant ein Fremdwort. Bedienung bringt ein Tablett mit Wein, kommt ohne etwas zu sagen an den Tisch und wir unterhalten uns. Beim abstellen des Tabletts stößt einer von uns unbeabsichtigt gegen den Arm der Bedienung sodass ihr das Tablett runter fällt und zwei Personen nass sind. Bedienung absolut überfordert mit der Situation und holt genervt Handtücher, mit denen wir selbst alles aufwischen. In jedem anderen Restaurant hätte sich die Bedienung entschuldigt, hätte alles aufgewischt und alles wäre gut gewesen. Nicht so hier. Denn die Dreistigkeit kam anschließend: Beim bezahlen verlangte die Bedienung, dass wir für die runtergefallenen Getränke aufkommen. Wir haben anschließend mit dem Chef Rücksprache gehalten, doch dieser stand ebenfalls komplett hinter dieser Vorgehensweise.
