Never write reviews but racist/beyond rude icecream owner. I asked for one sample and he gave ME shi for Americans never buying and taking all of his samples, like dawg i dont care, i just want my gelato. Not a single German has ever given me this type of experience which is great bc he (owner?) wasn't german! Don't waste your time or money here. Trash Experience that left a terrible taste in my mouth. Interesting how so many people are having such a similar experience with the owner huh... My family arrived there today. Wanted to have a nice ice cream and found a very mean and grumpy owner who immediately attacked us. Attacked where we came from and who we were. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a person who runs an ice cream shop. All we asked for was a sample of one of the flavors we were unsure of. I cannot believe that this man is able to keep his business. We still ordered ice cream, which I’m sad we did and sat down. He told us to leave because we bought carryout ice cream and not sit down ice cream. I don’t recommend this place at all just because of this person’s attitude...

Terrible service! Rude and unfriendly Italian owner. So bad for a small cosy city. I asked if they have gluten free ice cream, the owner replied on that with arrogant: “why should I speak English to you?”. Also while explaining options he sad that we have to take take-away and can’t seat outside on the table. Then he started to chat with someone not paying attention to us at all while we were ready to order. When we told him that he needs to pay attention to us he started to shout in German very aggressively so we left....
