Tandoori Restaurant Ludwigsburg — Restaurant in Ludwigsburg

I have visited the restaurant two times and here is my experience

1st time: I visited with a group of friends without reservation, we were asked to wait outside the hotel (ok sure. corona time). We wait outside. we see a table getting free(finally). Next to us comes a group of non Indians (they were speaking to us had no reservation too). Staff comes and welcomes them inside. What ?? Questioned them and he said they had reservation. lies and disappointment :( . Not the best way to treat people from your own country.

2nd time: Walked in with reservation with a friend, was sitting on a table of our choice. Just before placing the order staff walks up to us and asks to switch the table. I inquire the reason.

The staff reply was epic, there are 6 guests and they want to sit there and we are just 2 so we should move. I pointed out at the empty table right next to us where he could easily accommodate them. The hotel was literally empty with plenty of free tables. He did not care and justified with the same reason 2 people vs 6. So we left.

Very arrogant and rude Staff who really don't care about customers (especially if you are a small group or you are Indian ;) ) . will never...

I wouldn't want to assign even a single star to this restuarant. It's a shame to call it an Indian restaurant with such a poor service. Extremely arrogant staff. We ordered dinner and I am pregnant and was extremely hungry. My husband confirmed twice if everything we ordered is included since we ordered over telephone and my husband went to pick up the order. While waiting to collect the order, he saw that the staff had messed up another home delivery and hence he wanted to confirm if ours is alright. We were told everything is there but when we came home and checked there was no bread. We called and said this and the lady who answered the phone especially, extremely arrogant said that it cannot be delivered and that the money will be compensated for next time's order. Will tandoori accept if i say that I will pay 4€ the next time we visit you? We need to value your money but u dont value what we pay you? And you have made a mistake learn to apologize and not speak with arrogance. I am not sure if this was the treatment because we are Indians. The food was OK OK the stater we ordered was good, expect the sikka mutton kebab(we felt the meat was not fresh) and the main course was very basic in taste, can’t say it was tasty. But the main part is the staff’s BEHAVIOR, two lady serving staffs were there, they were really good. BUT THE ONE GENTS SERVING STAFF, was Indian, he was smiling n talking but the things he was saying was absolutely insulting. We asked for a baby sitting chair, he simply said there is only one, which is already occupied, but when I said no I hv seen it’s free, they his reply was Awesome, please take it urself 🙄 because we needed it immediately, I agreed n asked my husband to take it, but one of the lady staff came to us and helped us bringing that chair. We asked for a extra spoon, He simply said “Spoon once only served, can’t give one extra 🙄 “ but he was giving other guests in front of us.
