One of my best coffee experiences so far and I am a coffee addict! The place has a very flowery, warmth, refreshing, welcoming and clean atmosphere

The service is very quick and the staff are very amazing people

I had a Flat White and the barman asked for which type of milk I would like to have as they have various milk types.

The coffee was balanced as a flat white should be, with a bit of foam and slightly strong coffee taste

I definitely recommend this coffee shop around...

Absolute Katastrophe. Stand heute 5 Minuten an der Theke und wollte meine Bestellung aufgeben, aber die Mitarbeiter saßen lieber vor dem Lokal und haben geraucht. Keine wollte mich bedienen oder meine Bestellung aufnehmen. Sehr unangenehme Situation. Nie wieder. Servicewüste Deutschland.

Feedback zu Ihrer Antwort: Ich finde ihren Umgang mit Kritik sehr bedenklich. Mir zu unterstellen, dass ich nicht aktiv oder freundlich gegrüßt hätte, ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Abgesehen davon, dass das Freundliche oder aktive Grüßen nicht Voraussetzung für die Bedingung eines Kunden sein sollte, gehören Höflichkeitsformen im öffentliche Raum (Grüßen, Bedanken usw.) für mich zu jeder Interaktion mit Mitarbeitern in Restaurants, Cafés oder sonstigen Geschäften.

Anstatt die Kritik und meine Schilderungen ernst zu nehmen, schieben Sie die Verantwortung zu mir und weisen dann noch darauf hin, dass der Begriff Servicewüste nicht mehr gilt. Ich denke mir Ihrer Antwort und dem Umgang mit meiner Kritik haben Sie eindrucksvoll Unterbeweis gestellt, dass diese Bezeichnung nach wie vor absolut zutreffend ist.

Ihr Angebot werde ich selbstverständlich nicht wahrnehmen, ich denke, es gibt genug vernünftige Alternativen in Stadtfeld, bei denen man sich besser...

It's okay\decent, but for my taste there are too few non-veg options, and the veg ones are not exactly the mouthgasm. Coffee is alright though, staff is friendly and the crowd is pleasant.

Edit, based on the reply: non-veg meant non-vegan, - it's not that hard to have some milk and cream in your deserts. So, if I would go fully vegan - my food would be so blunt, that I would enjoy your kitchen...
