A small Chinese takeaway with just a few indoor tables, but definitely worth a visit. The food is authentic and homemade, especially the dumplings. The xiao long bao were full of flavor with a delicate soup inside, and the wontons were tasty and generously filled. The soup itself was also very good. The char siu bao could have had a more pronounced char siew flavour and the bun should have been a bit fluffier. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, happy to chat and make you feel at home. One thing to keep in mind: they only accept cash, so come prepared. Overall, an authentic Chinese "Imbiss" with great dumplings at the heart of the menu.

Very authentic Chinese and specifically Shanghainese food! Wish we tried their Xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) though, as he suggested we order it since he is well known for it. The dumplings we had though were very juicy for dumplings, but they are beef dumplings so be aware if you are not a fan of beef dumplings. The shanghai sauce noodles with the tea egg were really good, and sesame noodles also quite good. The owner is a talkative man, very straightforward and knows his stuff. He can come off blunt but he means well and is really very kind-hearted.

The spicy noodles (#15) were a dream! The noodle soup with mini wontons too. Xiao Long Bao had a very nice dough, with a delicate, sweet, decadent flavour. Sweeter than what we know, but they were good! The marinated edamame were new to us, as we've only had warm, salted ones. Cold edamame are actually really nice! The owners were so very friendly, it makes me wish we lived in Munich.

The food tasted good because of the glutamate and other admixtures. That is the reason why you feel very thirsty afterwards. Furthermore, the portion was very very tiny;

There is probably some tricks with taxes, since the owner will not provide any invoices or record. So you need to take care how much it really costed at the end. It turned out the owner calculated for 10 Euros more;

The above mentioned was actually not that horrible. What unendurable was the service which was a nightmare. The owner was so furious and mad at us, when we have some special need - actually one more spoon, which would cause absolutely more trouble for him. Apparently, the customers need to follow the rules by the owner here who is just like a tyrant. If you have any need for respectful service, just go away. It was the worst consuming...

Discovering the best Xiaolongbao outside of China right here in München has been an absolute delight. As someone who frequently visits China, I have a deep appreciation for the authentic taste of these steamed buns, and this place delivers an experience remarkably close to the real thing. The dedication of the owner, who prepares about 300 fresh pieces daily until sold out, ensures each Xiaolongbao is a burst of genuine flavor. Alongside these, the restaurant offers an intensely spicy noodle dish that isn't for the faint-hearted but is a favorite of mine. It reminds me of the vibrant flavors of Chongqing, a city known for its culinary prowess in China. The authenticity and quality of food here make it a must-visit for anyone looking to experience true Chinese...

I love the food there, so it was not my first time there. But this time the service was very rude. His overreaction over request for extra chopsticks and spoon was weird. Plus why xiaolongbao was served without soya sauce. And yeah after reading all the comments, I think he also wasn’t happy when we ordered extra food, after we saw how small the portions were. Plus I’m not sure if it was just their weirdness over extra requests or he treated non-Asians very politely, opposite to how he treated us. For packing leftover food they basically gave us plastic bag, when a German customer before us had her order in paper container. Ah maybe I don’t remember him being rude on my first visit because I was with Germans. Anyway not recommended. The food honestly...
