Bhimas Spezialitäten Restaurant — Restaurant in Munich

I placed my order at 6:53 PM, and it was marked as delivered at 7:49 PM, but the actual delivery only happened at 9:05 PM – more than an hour late. Result food was cold

When the food didn’t arrive, I called the restaurant. The first time, someone picked up and said they’d get back to me in 10 minutes. 20 minutes passed, and no one called back. I had to call again and was told the driver would be there “shortly.” It seems Bhima’s is not using Uber’s own drivers but their own direct drivers – which is fine in theory, but in practice it only caused delays and confusion.

And then the worst part: the order was wrong. I paid for Samosa Ragda Chat, but what I got was just plain samosas –, no chat. For the money charged, this feels like a complete rip-off.

After the delivery, I even tried calling the restaurant again to ask why the order was wrong, but this time nobody answered at all. To make things worse, when I had called earlier it sounded like a party was going on in the background and they just packed the samosa instead of making the actual dish never...

We discovered this restaurant on one of our evening walks recently and it is already well on its way to becoming our staple for Indian food.

For Indo-Chinese lovers, the Gobi Manchurian and the honey chilli potato were absolute winners, crispy, spicy, and full of flavor that had me craving more.

Good vegetarian burgers are so hard to find in Munich, as they are all aiming to taste like meat. What I like is the real begetable patty that also tastes like vegetables! Bhima's veg burger is an absolute must-try! It’s packed with flavors you don’t often find in a typical veggie burger here. The patty is hearty, and the toppings blend so well with the perfect mix of spices.

We also tried dosa in our latest order and that was also perfectly crispy, light, and golden, with just the right amount of deliciously tangy chutney on the side!

Great food, quick delivery! So happy that it's 2 minute walking distance...

Absolutely delicious food and an all-around excellent experience! I ordered the Chicken Tandoori, Bhima's Chilli Chicken, Tandoori Chicken Momos, and Chicken Kathi Roll—and every single dish was packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and full of that authentic Indian taste I’ve been craving.

But the real star of the show? The Biryani. This is exactly how biryani should be—fragrant, perfectly spiced, and without those unnecessary almonds and raisins that some places throw on top to make it look fancy. This was proper Indian-style biryani done right. No gimmicks, just real, rich flavor that feels homemade in the best way.

The ingredients tasted very fresh, the portions were generous, and the delivery was impressively quick. Everything arrived hot and well-packed.
