Burger King München — Restaurant in Munich

A mad house and rare events during my last visit a few weeks ago. Burgers are ok but this time I didn't get one. Good service seem to be in the past. Children's toys are given for free with the children's menu, but consistently useless plastic personages, ridiculous, no educational value at all. The Mc competitor has better toys, games or books more frequently. This time in BK I saw two queues, two open cashiers, and two or three front staff unable to communicate with each other, leaving customers in one of the alternating priority queues waiting 25 minutes for service. The kitchen had time to fill all the shelf spaces available with all types of burgers as in the photo. They will be cold, not fresh by the time customers eventually get one. Queues changed from active to closed, without telling customers, leaving customers stranded....

VERY BAD SERVICE We order drive through, and the guy on mic gave us the cola and told us to park in front and he will bring the food. 12 MINUTES later he brought the food, actually like 6 cars ordered and left after us. I requested to replace the cola since there is no steam in it anymore..12 mins.. right!!. He un-politely told me : you can take the cola back inside and replace it!! I am busy!! Anyhow. I went inside and spoke with the manager who replaced the cola and when I complained about the service.. he told me this is our service. When I got to my place.. Ich war heute seit Langem mal wieder bei Burger King. Bestellung am Terminal für außer Haus mit Kartenzahlung. Im Gegensatz zum Konkurrenten kann man zwar beim Burger auch einzelne Komponenten abwählen, erhält aber keine Alternative zum hinzufügen. Konkret: Beim King’s Champ 'n' Cheese Beef hätte ich gern neben den Zwiebeln auch auf den Rucola und die Chili Cheese Soße verzichtet, da ich scharf überhaupt nicht vertrage. Also alles abgewählt, um dann festzustellen, dass keinerlei Auswahl für + Extras vorhanden ist. Ernsthaft? Ich hab dann also nen trockenen Burger ohne Grünzeug - obwohl BBQ Soße oder vegane Mayo, sowie normaler grüner Salat oä durchaus im Sortiment, also machbar sind… Ich nehme die Chili Cheese Soße und Rucola wieder dazu. Das ganze als Menü mit Pommes & Eistee und zur Sicherheit noch ein Long Chicken & 6er Zwiebelringe dazu. Meine Bestellung dauert für fast food zu lange, obwohl weitere Kunden erst nach mir kamen. Als meine Nummer aufgerufen wird, reicht mir der Mitarbeiter ein Tablett. „Ich hatte bitte zum Mitnehmen bestellt?“ Er nimmt eine Tüte, packt alles ein - immerhin pragmatisch, dann muss ich nicht weiter warten.

Daheim stelle ich fest: Pommes & gratis Ketchup fehlen, 40 Cent Extra Mayo ist drin. Was auch immer ich damit ohne Pommes machen soll?! Den King’s Champ 'n' Cheese Beef gebe ich nach 4 Bissen auf, weil mir die Soße zu scharf ist und mein ganzer Mund brennt. Fazit: Über 20 Euro bezahlt für unterm Strich einen für mich essbaren Burger & kalte, fettig -harte (alt?) Zwiebelringe mit einem sweet/sour Dip, der nur süß geschmeckt hat. Ich bin enttäuscht & hungrig - mein Geld kriegt das nächste Mal wieder die Konkurrenz.
