As a bonvoy member I was really hoping to have a better experience at this hotel. The lack of excellence carries over to this restaurant. I order the ribs, they were chewy and undercooked, I only at half of it. I couldn’t take it any more and the restaurant was closing. Moreover to get service was a universal problem at this hotel. Service is absolutely horrible. I won’t spend any more money why during my stay here; and will write my review about the hotel as well. Disappointed! I’m literally writing this with the wait staff collecting his tip from me. Never Evan asked did I enjoy the meal (or with half the food sitting there not even did I want a Togo bag/box.. SMH

Unsere Reservierung für Champions-League-Finales wurde absichtlich abgesagt. Es war eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wir vermuten, dass der Chef ein Rassist ist. Wir sind ein Münchner Fußball-Fanclub mit 200 Mitgliedern, die meisten davon aus China. Um das Finale der Champions League am Abend des 28. Mai zu sehen, haben wir 35 Plätze für das Spiel am 8. Mai reserviert und die Bestätigungen erhalten. Um Plätze zu sichern, gingen wir am 13. Mai ins Restaurant, um die Reservierungsinformationen mit dem Chef zu bestätigen, und wir auch erhöhten die Anzahl der Plätze auf 40 . Der Chef versprach persönlich, 40 Plätze vor der Leinwand für uns zu reservieren!!! Als wir jedoch gestern Abend im Restaurant ankamen (wir kamen sogar 20 Minuten zu früh an), sagte der Chef, dass es nur 26 Sitzplätze gab.!!!! Trotz unserer Zweifel entschuldigte sich der Chef überhaupt nicht, sondern war er sogar sehr unhöflich.!!!!!!!! Um der Verantwortung zu entgehen, gab er sogar vor, unser Deutsch und Englisch nicht zu verstehen. Die meisten von uns arbeiten und leben seit vielen Jahren in Deutschland. Wir sprechen jeden Tag Deutsch. Sein Verhalten ist sehr lächerlich.!!!Er setzt sogar einen Mindestverzehr durch.!!!!!!Anfangs waren es mindestens 15 Euro pro Person, dann wurden es plötzlich 20 Euro. Wir haben andere deutsche Gäste gefragt und sie sagten, sie müssten keine Mindestausgaben haben. Er war auch sehr unhöflich, als wir bestellten. Einige von uns konnten seine schlechte Einstellung nicht ertragen und verließen diese Bar.Andere mussten für das Spiel bleiben. Wir alle sind wütend. Wir werden diese Bar nicht mehr besuchen.Es war eine sehr schlimme Nacht.

It's a good option for those staying at the hotel, because of the convenience, but the food is not amazing. One night I had the couscous salad, which was good, but a bit dry and coming in a very small portion. And it took one hour to be served. The other day I had the bacon burger. Reading the burger description at the menu it sounded delicious, but in fact it was so so. A bit dry and not tasteful. The place is a good option for those looking to watch sports

Nice place to watch games. American style and food. The drinks came out quickly but the food took some time to be on our table. (-1⭐️). You should reserve a table, the bar get kinda crowded when the game starts.
