The service is horrible. We didn’t know if we are going to be 2 or 4 persons, the waiter pressured us to decide at once, because if we are 2 people then we can’t seat at the table for 4 because it’s lunch time. So we had to switch the table. Nobody showed up so they made us move for no reason. They didn’t let me have a cappuccino - also, because it’s lunch time. We had to decide about drinks first, can’t order food and drinks at the same time. No desserts offered. Very limited choice of food for lunch. Seriously: we go for a lunch and have a good time, why do we have to obey their rules? It’s quite unpleasant. The food was okay: pizza was good, but pasta was extremely salty. Never ever coming back again. Dont understand how this place has a 4.6 score. Very overpriced for such a place.

My very first and last time dining there. Restaurant only accepts card payments for bills greater than 25 euros. This information is nowhere written hence I had to walk 1KM back and forth to bring cash to pay a bill of 18.8 euros while my wife with our 1 month old baby had to wait in the restaurant. When I politely asked how should I know this information beforehand about the payment policy I got the answer that this is nowhere written and also it’s nowhere written that we accept cards. You can make your own conclusions. Long story short, they did not offer an exception and they ruined my lunch with my family and simply lost a potential loyal customer for years to come (I Live in the area) to save approx. 1 euro fees. Das musste ich zum zweiten (und letzten Mal!) erleben. Ich kam während der Mittagszeit, eine gute Hälfte der Tische war belegt, ich setzte mich an einen 2-er Tisch in der Ecke. Der Wirt kam hinzu und sagte, alle freien Plätze seien reserviert (und somit kein Platz für mich möglich). Während der nächsten rund halben Stunde leerte sich das Lokal, es kam nicht ein einziger weiterer Gast. Ich wundere mich über ein solches Benehmen des Wirtes und kann nur folgern, dass es an meinem schon höheren Alter und dem benötigten Gehstock liegt. Mein Wut und Unverständnis über das unmögliche Verhalten eines einzelnen (der ansonsten von mir so geschätzten) Italieners ist unverändert vorhanden. Ein Wirt, der unter Anspruchnahme von offensichtlichen Lügen eine Gäste-Selektion vornimmt, repräsentiert weder sein Land noch seinen Berufsstand. Für eine Anzeige wegen Diskriminierung waren Zeugen anwesend, wegen des erforderlichen Aufwandes habe ich jedoch darauf verzichtet, möchte auf diesem Weg potentielle Gäste die Augen öffnen. Mir war schon vor Jahren die sarkastische Anrede "Mein Herr" negativ aufgefallen. Sich mit dem Begriff FRATELLI zu schmücken, stellt eine Verhöhnung dar! Zutreffender dürfte es heißen BUGIARDO.

Es waren mehrere Tische frei, zum Mittag-Essen habe ich mich an den kleinsten (2-Sitze in einer Ecke) gesetzt. Als der Wirt mir alle Plätze -als reserviert- verweigerte, habe ich mich auf einen Notplatz vor dem Lokal gesetzt, um eine Wartezeit bis zu Post-Öffnung zu überbrücken. Der Wirt kam später hinterher und erwartete eine Trink-Bestellung, der ich mit einer Cola-Bestellung nachkam. Während der gut halbstündigen Wartezeit betrat kein einzger Gast das Lokal, um die vom Wirt angekündigte Reservierung wahrzunehmen. Es handelte sich offensichtlich um eine...
