We were recommended Hans Im Gluck by a family member, so went out of our way to try it…what a regret.

So both my wife and I made requests on our burgers, neither of which were actually accommodated. Thankfully my wife could still eat hers however as mine was caked in a cheesy mayo sauce, I sent it back to be changed. What came back was a mess! It looked as if they had scraped the sauce off of the chicken & then just refried it to eliminate the evidence, as well as scraped the sauce off the bottom of the bun & just replace the top. This wouldn’t have warranted a bad review on its own BUT the chicken was so clearly overcooked it could now only be described as a crispy rubber, which I tried my best to eat. But it was disgusting & when complaining for a second time. The first employee told us that he wasnt sure how the chicken was supposed to look because he had never had the chicken before …but that it wasn’t the same chicken burger as he had ate that one… like what? 🫣🤣

Then the manager came over & straight away got his back up. Trying to claim that in his 8 years of working there, every chicken burger was served that way… which again I would have believed but still complained about, as it was rubber! IF the FIRST burger didn’t come looking properly cooked! (Wish I had took a photo to compare, but I wasn’t expecting the second to come so overcooked!!!) this second member of staff, who was rude, then stormed off mid conversation (child) & the original one came back saying he wasn’t sure what was happening but was waiting to hear if he could deduct the chicken burger off the bill. To which we were clear in saying we understood but were not paying for it. To which he then agreed, apologising that it was a mess & charged us minus the chicken burger.

If it wasn’t for this member of staff & the fact that although my wife’s meal was also wrong, she could still eat & comment it was alright… it would have been a 1 star review. Instead it’s been bumped up to a 2 star, barely.

Truthfully we wouldn’t recommend & wouldn’t go back because the food was awful to mediocre at best & the service was overall pretty poor… you’d be better off...

I am so sorry that I don't have pictures! Next TIME I WILL RETURN DEFINITELY!!

Waiting time before served at the table around 5-7 minutes.

Depending how you order drinks and food same time or same separately.

I did separately so it needed longer:

1 Drinks, needed 5-6 min to arrive During that time I got asked if I knew what I want.

Ordered Vegan Burger with Fries 😍

Came around 10 minutes later. Same time ordered new drink (3minutes)

During Dinner got asked if everything alright 👏🏽

Good Quality 1 bad 10 good:

Recommendation: 10 if you want to try something new and life healthy. 5 if you want...

Wow! I am not a big burger eater cause I don’t eat beef or pork. It is difficult to make chicken or turkey burgers that have some juice to them, ie are not dry. But this place absolutely nailed it with their chicken breast burger!!! I ordered the „Adliger“ which was delicious. The veggie tart combined with Brie cheese gave the burger a lot of moisture but the tender chicken breast topped it off fantastically.

The atmosphere inside is very chill. The setup with the Birken tree branches as dividers gave it a nice touch. Service was very prompt and the Food came out in no time.
