I pass by this shop when I come to the office on the bike. Yesterday I decided to step by, maybe it could be a nice place to buy wines on the regular base. Me coming in. Big sign on the front door: "entrance through the backdoor!" Big sign on the backdoor: "No wine probing here!!!" No intention from my side, but a nice start... Finally I am inside. The shop gentleman (shop owner?) is completely alone, solving Sudoku. So he noticed me only when I walked through the entire shop and stood in front of him. Looking at me very unfriendly, as if I interrupt him in the middle of something extremely important: -Grüß Gott. Me, trying to start a conversation: Good evening! I am looking for a casual glass of wine for this evening, nothing special, price range around 5 euros.. This, this, and this. Oh nice, thank you very much! What kind of taste would be this bottle? Fruits and spices. From Languedoc. I walk around, looking at other bottles. Shop gentleman: This is Spain. This is Italy. I have noticed a bottle from Valpolicella: Oh nice, do you have Amarone by chance? Not your price level. I am trying to get more information from the gentleman: Do you have wines from other countries, maybe from the new world? Hungary, Mexico? No. Do you have permanent wine selection or you change it time to time? We have special offers. Here is a flyer. Everything is inside. So I left without buying anything. If you think that 20 wines from France, Spain, and Germany is a good selection, you can choose the bottle on your own, you don't need to try what you are buying, you don't mind unfriendly service, but you absolutely need to be in a physical real shop, this place is for you. For me online shops are more friendly, offer more attention to the client, better guidance, and definitely have...

Herzlichen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter...
