Restaurant Zieglerei — Restaurant in Munich

I had a disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I dined there only because I was staying at the hotel, which is quite remote and offers few other dinner options. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The waiter was both arrogant and incompetent. I ordered a veggie burger, thinking it would be quick since it was late, but to my surprise, three other guests who arrived after me received their meals first. After waiting for over 40 minutes, I had to approach the bar staff to inquire about my order, as the waiter was nowhere to be found. When the burger finally arrived, it was the wrong one, and it didn’t even taste like a veggie burger. Throughout the entire ordeal, the waiter never once apologized for the delay or the mix-up. Instead, the lady behind the bar was left to handle the situation, offering only a half-hearted apology in a passive-aggressive manner. Service horrible

Je pense qu’il n’y a pas besoin de tergiverser sur ce que je viens de vivre. C’est simple, le repas est bon, c’est indéniable, cependant, je ne pense pas que 40 minutes d’attente pour un burger et une salade (pas forcément avec des portions énorme) soit acceptable. Mais le « climax » de cette soirée a été le service. Tout d’abord, le serveur ne connaît pas sa carte et dit devoir demander à la cuisine, ok, pas de problèmes, même si il ne s’excuse pas pour cela, nous restons indulgent et prenons pour cause le stress. C’EST ALORS, qu’après les 40 minutes d’attente, comme précisé précédemment, que le même serveur vient nous servir. Nous nous plaignons du temps de service, (il n’est même pas venir nous voir auparavant), il refuse de s’excuser et nous dit « Si vous vouliez que ce soit rapide, vous n’aviez qu’à aller a McDonald ». Je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi pitoyable et aussi grotesque, c’est une honte qu’un tel serveur qui pète plus haut que soi dans un restaurant banal a 1h du centre ville vienne nous dire de telles inepties. Heureusement que son manager, venu peu après demander si tout se passait bien, à bien rattraper la donne. Celui-ci a explicitement montré un certain questionnement et s’est excusé au nom du restaurant. Grand respect à lui, qui a su aller confronter des clients mécontents, tout le monde n’en aurait pas le courage, comme ce serveur.

Je ne ferais aucune recommandation quant au fait qu’il faille manger dans ce restaurant ou non. Je souhaite juste que les personnes allant y manger soit au courant d’un aspect du service...

Nice and cozy atmosphere. Friendly and attentive waiters. Not many menu but all dishes are good & well executed!

A bit of modern twisted and totally worth the price. Cocktail also highly recommend.
