Barfüßer Biergarten im Glacis — Restaurant in Neu-Ulm

I went here with my colleagues and ordered a Flammkuchen. All my colleagues got their food and my food did not come even 40 min past the order. I asked the waitress thrice and she said she will check. At the end I had to go to the counter to enquire and the guy at the counter was not even sorry for their mistake. He just said must be some problem with the order. Such a bad customer service I would not like to experience again and hence I will niether be visiting this place nor recommending to anyone. Although I liked the Food I got after 40 mins wait, but the disrespect towards customer is not worth it.

I don’t understand what will I gain by defaming them for no reason! Classic move to just get rid of the real reviews...

Get a table and you will need its number and then you can order food and drinks at the bar. You get the drinks right away. The food will be brought later to your table. The prices are quite high but the food is tasty. It might take longer to get the food in case u oder something that many people prefered. Sometimes the order time is not really considered and it might be the case that 80% of your friends got their food and you get yours when almost everyone is ready to go. Glacis Park is a wonderful place for walking and spending time outdoors. Sometimes finding a parking spot can be challenging. There is a Barfüßer here with a fantastic children’s playground and a lovely garden. Although the food options are limited, the atmosphere is very pleasant. However, I must mention that compared to the Barfüßer in Ulm, the beers here are definitely different. The beer at Ulm Barfüßer is much tastier and more enjoyable. I wish they served the same quality beer...
