My husband and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While enjoying our drinks, we noticed what appeared to be a foreign object in mine, which we believed to be hair. We called over the waiter to address the issue.
Unfortunately, the waiter did not respond in a professional manner. He did not offer an apology or take the time to carefully inspect the drink. Instead, he stirred the drink and asked me to identify the object again. Since the drink contained crushed ice, it was difficult to locate the item, but I eventually found it again. The waiter dismissed our concern, claiming it was just ice, and we were told to pour out the drink to verify the presence of the object. We were further told that if no hair was found, we would be charged for two drinks, which seemed unreasonable. After my husband poured out the drink, the object was clearly visible, but the waiter quickly took it away .
We tried to speak with the manager but were told they were unavailable. While the drink was eventually comped, the waiter’s response was unhelpful and left us feeling ignored. The overall service was disappointing, and based on our experience, we would not recommend...

My family and I have been looking forward to trying this new place and we wanted to celebrate my daughter's birthday here. Today we walked by and saw that the door was open with 2 employees inside so I thought I would quickly make a reservation for next week for their birthday dinner. As soon as one of the employees saw me she didn't even let me speak. She basically kicked us out and didn't have a polite attitude while letting us know they were closed. If she would have let me speak,she would have known that my intention wasn't to eat there now. It's hard to have a normal conversation when someone is almost breaking their back to be rude and not have the time they are doing nothing be interrupted. When she finally realized that I wanted just a reservation she rudely told me to call. The attitude of this employee just left a bad taste in my mouth without even getting to try the food and I don't think we will make a reservation but rather take our business somewhere else where they have experience with customer service. Read moreUsually this is my favorite place for eating sushi knowing that I'm working in the same building I take so often my team to eat there. This week I've been there 3 times with a big team however last night the responsible there refused to accept EC card payment as it was only 20€ I asked him to do an exception only this time as I don't have bar but he refused with a disrespectful manner... Few minutes later he came and asked us to leave as the table is reserved (knowing that the restaurant is empty and many tables are empty) we stayed only 1 hour and he was asking us to leave the place.. I didn't appreciate the way he talked to us. I told him already and I mean it, I'll never come back and never recommend it to my colleagues in the office... It's a big unfortunate thing because I used to go there many times and I like the food.. Think about reviewing your stuff there because you're loosing good customers...
