During my visit, it was quite busy on a weekday evening. In my opinion the location is not to cosy, but ok only. As a starter I had a Brezenknödelcarpaccio, which was ok in taste. It came with mushrooms and a tiny salad. I just personally think, that it somehow was not made with pretzels, but with regular bread dumplings instead. Excellent place ! Food was super delicious,TOP. Service - perfect, waiters very attentive and nice, always there for you in a proper way (not too much, not too little). We had a chance to briefly talk to the Chef, who not only has golden hands, but also is a very nice person !
