We visited this place based on the rave reviews and were disappointed. I was in a really great buffet restaurant in Dortmund, so I would give this place a maximum rate of 3.5 out of 5. Let me explain why. The toilet is not as clean as necessary. There is an unpleasant smell. One of the two soap dispensers did not work, one of the two sinks did not work. If the cleanliness of the toilet in a cafe or restaurant leaves much to be desired, there is most likely a problem in the kitchen as well. Although split systems were installed in the ceiling, the room was very hot and stuffy. There were fans near some of the tables, but it looks pretty shabby for such an establishment. If a table with a fan hadn't become available next to us, we probably wouldn't have risked staying. I didn't notice, as was written in previous reviews, that the tables were bursting with abundance. Mnimally normal choice of dishes, doesn't reach the excellent or even good rating at all. small sushi selection. I won't even mention desserts - mostly regular donuts and muffins. drinks for an extra fee. Considering the obvious discrepancy between the price and the variety of dishes, it would be possible to at least give the guests something to drink. Especially since the stomach is not made of rubber, how much can a person drink? Wir waren gestern da, das erste und definitiv das letzte mal. Schlechte Parksituation: Zunächst der Inhaber kann zwar nichts dafür, dass es keinen Parkplatz außerhalb gibt, aber könnte den Parkplatz wo Kunden zahlen wenigstens regelmäßig reinigen lassen und kontrollieren. Man kommt rein und hat noch kein Ticket gezogen kotzt ein Junge direkt da hin. Bisschen weiter stinkt es nach Urin. Es war teils überdacht und teils nicht. Wir haben uns bewusst für die nicht überdachte Ecke die eigentlich zum asia Palast gehört entschieden. Das liegt daran, dass wir Angst hatten, dass jemand unser Auto beschädigt oder nebendran sein Geschäft verrichtet. Genauso auch sind wir durch das Roland Center rumgelaufen, weil sich komische Getalten Im Parkhaus aufgehalten haben. Wir hatten Hunger und freuten uns nach langer Zeit wieder endlich draußen essen gehen zu können. Beim eintreten standen wir kurz vorne haben erst gewartet und als niemand kam liefen wir weiter. Dann kam ein Mitarbeiter angestürmt mit einem Gesichtsausdruck wie als würde ersagen wollen, na was wollt ihr. Wir sagten wir hätten angerufen und wollten vom Buffet essen. Wir hatten schon unsere Nachweise in der Hand und wollten gerade ihm zeigen, dass wir geimpft sind, da lief er weg. Er hat gar nicht danach gefragt. Im Restaurant sind sowohl Gäste als auch Personal ständig ohne Maske herumgelaufen. Wir waren knapp 3 Stunden da er hat die letzte Gruppe die rein kam nur darauf hingewiesen. Ansonsten niemanden.

Zu den Hygieneverhältnissen: Manche Tische und Böden waren dreckig, das heißt als neuer Kunde war es nicht möglich sich dort hinzusetzen. Andere waren augenscheinlich sauber, aber wenn man 5 Tische mit dem gleichen Tuch sauber macht ohne dieses Tuch einmal zu waschen, dann kann da auch nichts stimmen. Genauso auch hat niemand etwas gesagt, als mehr als 15 Minuten lang 2 Kinder ums Buffet getanzt sind und alles angetoucht haben. Glücklich wurden sie erst als, mit bloßer Hand die Krabenchips herausnahmen. Die Toiletten habe ich nur einmal benutzt. Sobald man die Tür öffnet kommt einem ei Gestank an die Nase da will man rausrennen. Natürlich habe ich dann es gelassen, nur die Hände an einem Waschbecken welcher deutlich längere Zeit nicht sauber gemacht wurde, gereinigt. In dem anderen waren Papierhandtücher drine.

Zum Büffet: Eigentlich reichlich Auswahl für jeden etwas dabei. Vegetarisch, mit Fisch oder Fleisch. Was das Herz begehrt. Leider keins Frisch!!! Das Gemüse und Obst was da angeboten wurde hat man in Wasser getränkt, damit man nicht merkt das es alt ist. Die Wassermelone löste sich schon auf. Sushi der erste Gang war hart und der Fisch hatte eine ganz andere Farbe. Tiramisu durchgeweicht. Hinten bei dem Essen mit Soßen Fleisch/ Fisch vertrocknet und Soße abgebrannt. Alles etwas ranzig. Die Klappen zu frischen Fleisch und Fisch teilweise offen. Haben uns dann für Garnellen entschieden 100000 % alt!!!!!! Die werden vor Ort gebraten mit einer Soße die man sich wünscht, da waren plötzlich auch andere sachen drine die man gar nicht reingetan hatte. Es kam auch relativ spät an unseren Tisch an. Es war echt nicht einmal ungenießbar. Das habe ich dann der Dame auch gesagt die abräumte. Ihr Kommentar war so: ,, Ohhhhhda frage ich mal nach." Danach wurde erst frisch aufgefüllt. Das heißt entweder war es Ihnen nicht bewusst oder einfach egal. Genauso auch mit sushi. Erst nach dem ich was gesagt hatte wurde eine Platte von hinten gebracht und man sah ganz deutlich die farblichen unterschiede.. Aber selbst der Reis bei allen war zu alt und trocken. Als Sushi Kenner no go!

Als mein Mann noch ein Getränk wollte wurde man wieder 15 Min ignoriert. Als man uns dann sah, kam vom Platz ein Handzeichen wie wollt ihr zahlen. Mein Mann musste dann einmal quer über das Buffet zum Kellner kommunizieren. Erst dann kam ein anderer und fragte was wir wollten. Nach einem fertigen dessert wollten wir die Rechnung und zahlten stolze 47.50 für 2 Personen und für das schlechteste Essen ever und Service überhaupt. Übrigens war beim Gehen auch auf die Treppe gekotzt worden....
