Familie Pham — Restaurant in Oranienburg

Horrible experience and treatment by the staff that happened to my friend: here is what happened and she was even speaking in German so it wasn’t some cultural misunderstanding. I decided to share the review as well as it is really horrible: I came to the restaurant as it was near the train station and I ASKED the owners if I could stay there one hour for an online business call that I had to take. I ordered something and proceeded to my meeting. After about 45 minutes the owners started asking me to leave and I responded to them that, as I informed beforehand, I was still in the meeting for 15 more minutes. They started to raise their voices at me but I really needed to be present in the meeting, so was not phony much attention. Then they started to touch my things and move them through the door and again I begged them to please just let me stay there 5 more minutes as I needed to finish the meeting. One of the owners started typing in my keyboard aggressively to send me away and saying that I wasn’t gonna pay and I was wasting their electricity (I asked them to pay by card and they refused and I said that I was gonna go immediately to the ATM after the meeting ended, my computer wasn’t even plugged it, and I was using my mobile data). They also told me that I was there 3 hours when I was actually there exactly 50 minutes. The restaurant was empty and I wasn’t bothering anyone. I understand some owners don’t want people with laptops as a policy, but I asked them if I could order something and have a meeting as soon as I arrived to clear the air. The old Vietnamese waitress is the worst. Today, I waited to pay after dinner. No one came, so I signaled again. The man was pointing at the register, which was blocked by the wall, so I assumed he was telling me to wait. Still no one came, so I made eye contact with the old Vietnamese waitress again and motioned for me to come over. I simply wanted to ask if things had changed since I used to pay there, but (I'd been going there for years) they treated me like I was expecting a favor, saying things like, "This isn't a restaurant, here just Imbiss. I don't speak German, and they don't speak English, so I tried to write it in German on Google Translate, but without even looking, they spoke Vietnamese, annoyed, and behaved extremely unpleasantly. It's possible they don't understand the language, but their behavior is simply incomprehensible.
