October 2019 Very limited gf range; nice spot to meet with friends, nice interior, food is alright but not outstanding. Allergens are listed in the menu; however, service staff is not very knowledgeable when asking additional questions and effort to check with kitchen staff is little. The gluten free range is very limited, as they only have 3 options (tortilla chips, sweet potato fries, vegan bowl). The waitress couldn’t tell me if the fries are prepared in the same appliances as gluten containing goods, so they might be subject to cross-contamination. I assume that the tortilla chips might be pre-packed, so CC risk is lower. They’re menu includes sharers, tacos, tortillas and burgers, some are vegetarian friendly, some vegan. Their drinks menu is very broad including alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. I’ve had the veggie bowl which was a generous portion. The salad and slaw were fresh and crisp; however, the beans did taste a little off and have not been warmed. The rice is fluffy but only luke-warm. The guacamole is tasteful, yet to my taste it could’ve had more salsa as all ingredients are quite dry. The bowl is prepared appealingly looking, unfortunately it makes it tricky to mix the ingredients. Prices for cocktails are a bit higher, but they offer a discount during Happy Hour(s). Prices for food are mid-range and about the same as in other restaurants offering Mexican cuisine. Food is served quickly, and I was full and satisfied after finishing my meal, yet I think flavour could be more distinct, quality of ingredients improved (fresh and warmed beans) and the rice more heated through. It would be a great improvement if there were more gluten free options (corn rather than wheat tortillas). Ich war gestern Abend in dem Lokal zum Essen, gemeinsam mit meiner Familie und es war um es ganz ehrlich zu sagen eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir saßen vor der offenen Küche und konnten immer wieder beobachten wie die Köche ihre Handys bedienten und sich danach definitiv nicht die Hände wuschen, dafür aber sofort immer wieder so ins Essen griffen. Die Kellnerin war zwar sehr freundlich aber offensichtlich total gehetzt und hatte kaum Zeit unsere Bestwllung richtig aufzunehmen. Dies ist keine Kritik an der Servicekraft selber, sondern an der offensichtlich schlechten Planung der Leitung des Restaurants, die definitiv zu wenig Kräfte eingeteilt hatte. Unterhalten konnte man sich kaum aufgrund der Lautstärke und dem ständigen Verkehr direkt vor dem Tisch. Das schlimmste war aber, dass alle Getränke am Tisch zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten ankamen. Der erste nach 10 Minuten, der Zweite nach weiteren 5 Minuten, der Dritte nochmal eine Viertelstunde später und auf meinen Cocktail wartete ich genau 46 Minuten. Das ist ein absolutes Trauerspiel und weit unter jedem Standart einer normalen Gastronomie. Ich hatte den Cheeseburger, der aus einen schlecht gebratenen Tiefkühlpattie bestand, und einer fetten Scheibe Fleischtomate. Das kann auch persönlicher Geschmack sein, aber der allgemeine Standardt des Essens war einfach unterdurchschnittlich. Die zweiten Drinks kamen schneller, wurden einem aber auch nur auf den Tisch gestellt, ohne leere Gläser wieder mitzunehmen. Das fpr mich persönlich schlimmste war jedoch, dass der Tisch eine offensichtlich schkecht zu reinigende Oberfläche hatte, in der man das Essen des Vorgängers noch erahnen konnte. Ich muss auch den anderen Rezensionen zustimmen, dass due Toiletten einen super unangenehmen Geruch von Kanal haben. Alles in allem ist dies kein Restaurant welches ich je wieder...

We booked this a week prior on the phone, when I say we there was three of us in the room and could clearly hear the booking. When we got there we were told we had not booked and were literally just pushed in a corner.
