After complications trying to find the entrance making us 5 min late for our reservation which was no fault of ours (this was due to no visible direction of the entrance, which the staff also agreed to "so do something about it"!) which was through the hotel next door and up in the elevator we were taken to our table. The food i.e. chips was over salted and the burger was extremely rare, we wasn't asked how we would like it. The fruit in my partners drink was off. We had to request the heating to be switched on as the balcony was slightly cool which should have been done straight away. An elderly pair and ourselves were placed directly next to and across from an ongoing seminar/conference where everyone in it could watch you eat. Two stars is more than fitting for this restaurant. There's nothing special about it here and wouldn't recommend it.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend auf der Terrasse und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Bedienung war wahnsinnig freundlich und aufmerksam – so wünscht man sich das. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist klasse und das Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein kleines Missgeschick mit dem Salat wurde super professionell und freundlich aufgenommen. Die Köchin ist wohl "etwas verliebt". Als Entschuldigung gab es dann einen Durstlöscher aufs Haus, was wir als sehr aufmerksam empfanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder! Für die Sommertage ist dieses Restaurant definitiv die perfekte Adresse.

Die Aussicht von der Außenterrasse auf die Silhouette der Innenstadt mit dem Dom phantastisch. Einziger Wermutstropfen, wenn es Tagungen im Hotel gibt, bekommt man als privater Hotelgast leider keinen Tisch im Restaurant, weil dieses für die Allgemeinheit kurzfristig geschlossen wird.

I stayed there (Best Western Arosa) for 15 days and I'm a vegetarian. But despite of wide spread of breakfast of breads, fruits, cornflakes, I wasn't happy enough. But on special request they served me veg hot meal daily, mostly different from the previous day and all were delicious. Great breakfast made my day. Highly...

Ich kann es nur jedem weiter empfehlen! Tolle Auswahl zwischen veraltetem Brot aus dem Jahre 1814 oder Brot vom Rewe die man schnell selber Backen soll, weil die Köche selbst viel zu tun haben. Somit steht jeder vor dem Gesetz gleich! Die Mitarbeiter haben auch Wert auf unsere Gesundheit gelegt. Wir durften nur stilles Wasser trinken. Die mussten wir uns selber holen aus dem Waschbecken in den Toiletten. Somit tun die Mitarbeiter auch was für unsere Bewegung. Außerdem werden hübsche Kundinnen abgeknutscht als Kompliment. Doch das beste kommt noch! Meine Schwiegermutter ist an ihrem Essen erstickt! Jetzt habe ich meinen Mann endlich für mich alleine. Liebe Restaurant First Floor Team, vielen Dank, dass ich dank euch die unvergesslichsten, schönsten Erinnerung sammeln konnte. Ich habe euch gleich jedem weiter empfohlen. Macht ruhig weiter so!
