Da Franco — Restaurant in Pinneberg

The food was excellent. Everything was so delicious. Seafood was so fresh and so good. Octopus salad was very yummy but the garlic was chopped so big and that was too much. Everything came with a big volume, it's nice to share with friends. The staff was friendly and nice, helpful. But we were told that we only had two hours, and that we were not informed when we made a reservation. It'd have been nice if we knew beforehand, as two hours were not enough time to enjoy...

We were in the city just for a brief time to switch trains and decided to eat something at the restaurant. This was the best decision we had to take. The food and the people are amazing. I ordered a carbonara and i can easily say its the best carbonara i have tasted , it was cooked to perfection and it was better than what i ordered in Rome. Definitely...

Al dente!!! So kam der Spargel überbacken daher. Und sowas geht überhaupt nicht, schließlich ist der Spargel keine Nudel, und auch die schmeckt eigentlich al dente immer nur trocken. Der Spargel bestand aus grünem und weißem, der weiße war holzig. Sowas mit überbackenem Spargel hinzubekommen braucht schon ein hohes Maß an Unfähigkeit!

Die Schweinemedaillons ungewürzt, man setzt wohl auf die Pfeffermühle am Tisch. Die Kräuterbutter abgeschnitten von der Meggle-Rolle. Trocken das Fleisch. Der Vorspeisensalat ohne Dressing. Die Menagerie auf dem Tisch ist ja ok, doch wer fasst bekleckerte und ölige Gefäße an? Wir jedenfalls nicht. Die dazugereichte riesige Menge an Pommes schafft in der Masse nicht mal ein typischer Gyros-Grieche auf den Tisch zu bringen.

Die Vorspeise vom Haus bestand aus kleinen Brötchen, Tubenremoulade (!!!) in Schüssel und einem geschmacklich undefinierbaren farbigen Klecks von Etwas.

Fazit: Für uns in Zukunft nicht mal 2. Versuch. Wer soviel verkehrt macht, muss sich komplett...
