Restaurant Korfu — Restaurant in Potsdam

The employees look at your plate while you eat, count your bites, and immediately come to collect everything from the table (so that we can leave faster), you remain at an empty table even though you wanted to order more...but you get disappointed and leave. And they pretended that they don't need to return money, when I asked the fiscal they were confused, and when I asked for money to return my money, they said you didn't say anything, haha, so normally when I don't say, it means I'm not satisfied and I don't want to leave a tip or I have to should i say please give me the money??? A shame. It was 15 euros, not 2-3!

Samstag Abend waren wir als Familie dort. Das Restaurant war voll, was erstmal ein gutes Zeichen ist. Allerdings war es dann auch unheimlich laut, da es recht eng ist, für draußen Sitzen war es noch zu kalt. Unterhalten war daher schwierig.

Das Ambiente ist drinnen eher ungemütlich, sieht irgendwie selbst gezimmert aus, aber auch billig.

Das Essen kam schnell und war durchschnittlich gut. Die Preise jedoch sind für das was geboten wird zu hoch.

Der Service war tendenziell eher unfreundlich, denn wenn man die Gäste zu Beginn warten lässt, weil man trotz Vorbestellung erst einen anderen Tisch aufräumen und abwischen muss und uns danach erst an einen anderen bereits fertigen Tisch führt, dann wundere ich mich. Wenn dann bei der Bezahlung der Wunsch nach Kartenzahlung wiederholt mit Kommentaren beantwortet wird, man würde es lieber in Bar haben und dann, wenn es endlich zur Kartenzahlung kommt heißt, „haben Sie wenigstens das Trinkgeld in bar?“, dann fängt die Verärgerung an.

Fazit: Ich esse dort...

If you want some very good Greek food in the center of town, this is the place to go! The restaurant is small but nice, clean, and what makes it great is the wonderful staff. Fresh ingredients are used, the meat is very juicy and not too greasy. Definitely recommend...
