We have eaten here three times while visiting family in Remscheid (full disclosure: the last time was around a year ago). One time was in a group with reservations on a busy night, and the other two times were as walk-ins when it was not busy. On the busy night the food did take a little while to arrive, but what is the hurry? A nice evening dinner with friends and family should be relished. Drinks were served in a timely fashion, and it is a nice change of pace from many American restaurants where the goal is to get you in and out as quickly as possible. We are visiting here from California vor the past 3 years and it is our go-to place for authentic Italian cuisine. We eat here several times during our stay and the food and service is always outstanding. We travelled through Italy last year and we really liked the pizzas and pasta dishes here better.
